Just got a vegi pizza yesterday and bread sticks. The pizza was good but the bread sticks were awful. They tasted like they were not completely cooked. They were cold & very thin. Maybe they have changed the way they are making, cooking, their bread sticks. I had changed to this Pizza Hut restaurant from the take out pizza hut place because the take out one wasn't doing too good anymore. I hope this one isn't going in that same direction. Don't know if it's the same owner but if it is, he/she needs to get on the ball to make their restaurant successful. (Maybe they need chef Ramsey to come by and give them some pointers) UPDATE: The pizza was ok. I don't think it was as hot as it should have been. Again I order bread STICKS but get a bread loaf. I've had pizza hut pizza for many years & have always been able to just pull apart the breadsticks. You can't now because it's a breadloaf. I don't understand why it has to be that way. I've put in reviews about it but it looks like no one reads these reviews so this will probably be my last one. No sense to waist my time if nothing gets done.

Their Meat Lovers is barely a Meat Likers. A 14" has gone up in price and the amount of toppings has gone down DRAMATICALLY. Also, had a ham n pineapple personal pan... SIX thin bits of ham.... Do not waste your money on their pizzas.

Absolute trash. Consistently without fail this particular restaurant always takes forever to fulfill a pickup order. It takes them over an hour or more from when you place an order. I’m sitting in a booth as I write this approaching two hours since I placed this order.P I don’t know how they stay in business. All of the employees move at a snail’s pace. They need to hire more staff or get more ovens. Save yourself some time and go to the one on New York.

I pulled in to this Pizza Hut I saw a woman cussing smoking a cigarette in parking lot then the same lady rang me up , grabbed my pizza and wings without washing her hand . I’ve been here probaly 50 times in 3 years today will be my last , every employee has dirty clothes on and none look liked they bathed in months .

The food was decent, with no complaints. We got 2 Pepsi and one large peperoni pizza, and it stayed under 20 dollars. Our server, Lexi, was incredibly nice, attentive, and considerate. The atmosphere was good. We came in at around 9, and the place was still clean.

Went to this location after the hurricane for food because I had no electricity, and the lady who was making pizza was yelling at everyone because many were frustrated at the long wait time. People were there for more than an hour at the location waiting for their food.

Truly the WORST customer service and on site experience in my life concerning ANY pizza place! I ordered vis phone, the young lady kept calling me "honey" granted I'm female old enough to be her mother...I drove to pick up pizza, couldn't find it....it's dark, pouring down rain and I can't seem to find the location according to GPS. I called, and a young man picks up as I asked for exact location he laughed and hung up on me as I described where I was...I called back to cancel order and the another gentleman answered and gave me directions. I drove around the area again only to find out I been driving by it and all external lights and signage was completely turned off at 8:30 at night. I walked in, it was dark and empty..I yelled "hello"!, a female comes out apologized and I informed her that I been driving around for 20 min trying to find it, and got hung up on when I called yo get clarification and no wonder...all outdoor lighting and signs were completely off at night. She said yeah I just turned them on!!?? I canceled the order...how many red flags did I need to tell me the pizza would suck too!? Where are thr adults that work there!? To the owner, get new managers or at least employees that care! It will do wonders for your investment.
The food was ok. The waitress was great, especially considering she was the only waitress working.

We drove 35 min into town, from home after working late. Walked in Pizza Hut at 9:08 pm to sit down (they close at 10pm) order and eat, only to be told that we couldn't. They decided they were closing early so they wouldn't serve us.

Went on Tuesday with wife and great grandson got 2 pizza and after I paid I noticed on the window over my table was a sign. My wife said u did not get the 2 for 1 that it says on Tuesday I was charged for 2 pizzas I went back to the counter and asked them to correct it.They would not since I had already paid Then another employee said you had to ask for it first . The window says nothing about that It says buy 2 and pay for 1 on Tuesdays. I think they should have voided the sale and redone it to honor what the ad said. They would not so I will not be back there if that is how they treat customers
