Alicia R. is the absolute sweetest and is such an asset. It’s always a joy to come through the drive through to such a kind person. She always ensures orders are right and gets things out in a timely manner.
I use to love this app. I would come all the time and starbucks became my local coffee place. recently I dont get stars on my app when ordering and the staff is not as friendly as other starbucks I have been too. i lost all my stars so tried going during promos to get more stars to keep coming back for free drinks. I received no stars and the staff is different at this location. not very friendly and drinks are not that great. sad my local starbucks will not be my coffee shop...read full review
