My experience has been up and down here. More often than not the food is made correctly and the employees are friendly and it’s clean but sometimes when ordering I have to remind the person how to make the sandwich. Like if it’s a subway series that gets double cheese I have to remind them. Or just recently when asking for a Subway Club (Turkey, ham and Roast beef) he was just making me and turkey with bacon. To which after I corrected him he asked and realized it was wrong and left all the turkey on it which was way more(not that I’m complaining about that part) than their should of Been, but also I don’t like bacon and the bacon flavor was still on the sandwich. But the big point was many people just don’t seem to know how to make something, even though I know there is literally a cheat sheet in front of their faces and a giant tv board above their heads. lol also the last time I went in the men’s bathroom had poop all over the seat and floor. And there was toilet paper everywhere.

For some reason, this location doesn't make the $5 Doritos foot long, but the other location do. I'm not sure if the drive-thru works, but no one was wearing a headset.

Place was clean, food was good. Napkins at check out were stuck and they didn't fix them, just get some over there they said! Friend got the nachos but said you couldn't customize so she didn't care much for them.

Ordered two subs online. They were ready when I arrived. Great! Unfortunately, one wasn’t made as ordered on the Subway app. Disappointing to drive all the way home only to discover my sub wasn’t made as ordered! Worse? Their phone doesn’t get answered and doesn’t have voicemail! Lousy management. Lousy service.

Victor made my sub perfectly and did not deny me extra veggies like I asked. the other subway I won’t mention told me it was against policy! If that actually becomes a thing I will not support them at all. But victor did fantastic
Honestly my sandwiches were made wrong, but not sure if it was a manager who helped but ty nothing more stressful than a pregos sandwich wrong. But u were all so nice quick and understanding, customer service 10/10

I've been coming here for a while, but tonight, nov 26 2024. I buy my usual, get home, take a bit, and BAM. this AROMA in my mouth. Thought it was nothing took another, Bam. Hits again. After tasting everything I found, it came from the black olives from what I could tell. There is nothing wrong with the people who work here. But after tasting that "chemical" or whatever it is on my food, I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. I literally could not taste anything but an awful aroma. That's so scary. No thank-you.
