Victor made my sub perfectly and did not deny me extra veggies like I asked. the other subway I won’t mention told me it was against policy! If that actually becomes a thing I will not support them at all. But victor did fantastic

I've been coming here for a while, but tonight, nov 26 2024. I buy my usual, get home, take a bit, and BAM. this AROMA in my mouth. Thought it was nothing took another, Bam. Hits again. After tasting everything I found, it came from the black olives from what I could tell. There is nothing wrong with the people who work here. But after tasting that "chemical" or whatever it is on my food, I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. I literally could not taste anything but an awful aroma. That's so scary. No thank-you.

I ordered a sub, a pepperoni sidekick, and a churro. The sub bread was very dry and seemed like it was in the oven too long. Never had such dry bread at a Subway location. The peperoni sidekick was put into the oven too long, and afterwards was crispy and dry. The churro was also dry, and very chewy.
They need to put things in the oven for less time!!
The workers were also very cold. Barely spoke to me, and didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Barely put any toppings on my sub.

So I had a coupon code that I was sent and asked to use for my order to save on the total. I know nothing other than what the instructions stated. So I tell the lady that was checking me out and she ends up calling I'm assuming her manager. I tell her the same thing and show her the code and info. and she clearly had got an attitude with me about it. The look on this chicks face was one of disgust. I dont understand her issue with what I was showing her. Last time I checked it is her job to know these things not mine. So the food is good but the attitude over a coupon code was uncalled for. I recommend the food but I won't say the same for the service.

Hardly any veggies on my sandwiches multiple times (mobile order) despite asking for extra in the special instructions. And wayyyy too much sauce. I order subway a couple times a week and never have these issues at other locationsI guess I'll have to go in from now on to babysit

Have been there twice in the last month for lunch, all the ladies who have helped me are super polite, kind, friendly & quick with service! Inside is nice & clean, and both of my orders were great quality & they didn't skimp on the veggies on my subs.
