“The best Japanese style food you can get in DeLand. The food tastes amazing, and they give you your moneys worth for food unlike other places. The salmon roll actually has salmon in it unlike the tiny slivers other places have. The fried tofu is absolutely amazing. If you haven't had fried tofu before, or have and didn't like it at other places, try it here and you won't be dissapointed.“

“Everything I've tried here was a top-level dish. From the sushi, eggrolls and my favorite the Pad Thai. Very fair pricing, nice quiet environment, and amazing food!! The Pad Thai is to die for, and I'm a tough critique on this particular dish. I like spicy but not sweating spicy lol, if you ask for the dish medium spicy it's just right for someone like me. You can truly taste the love they put in their food! I have been three or four times now and plan to go back regularly. I would usually have some pictures to attach with my review, but when the food comes out, I'm just so excited to get to eating I haven't yet left any on the table for photos. Edit, came back today and managed to grab some photos of our food.“

“We went to the restaurant on September 4, 2024, along with family which consisted of five adults and one small child. As you see the meal and all was great. We paid with three separate checks. What I didn't know after giving the chief and waiter a 20% tip each, was they had charged me 18% on my bill for an additional tip. This is a deceptive practice to us and we will not use Fujiyama Palace for any future meals and will not recommend them to anyone. If this had been disclosed prior we might have a different attitude, but it wasn't.“
