I remember one day in class a girl told us her family owned and ran this shop. Since that day freshman year I have been coming to the shop, and now I bring my own kids! I love this shop not just because it’s local and a fellow small business, but it is family friendly, and good quality. My husband is a pistachio freak and the pistachio soft serve changed his world! My kids & I arrived mid-day to Sweet Spot and realized it was closed & the door was locked. My kids were bummed because we had talked about it all morning. As we were getting in our car, the owner opened the door and waved and told us to come in. She literally let my kids in two hours before they opened just a put smiles on their faces.
