This is hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I order here way too often lol but everytime I’ve come every single employee is so nice and always seems happy and it’s refreshing to see. They always get my order right, there’s almost never a long wait and there’s always napkins and utensils in the bag. I usually don’t leave reviews, but as far as fast food experiences go definitely a 10/10!!

I have a speech impediment and the person taking my order said i was being rude im not rude I talk different and then when I got to windows this supposed person was the manager who was beyond rude so I finally got rude with her I will call store manager and speak to them she does not need to be in control of store or in contact with customers food is always good but yall keep making wrong people in charge I have been going to this store 2 times a week for lunch for 3 years now I dont ever want taco bell again do better taco bell on woodland Blvd and international speedway in deland this makes me sad NOT CAPABLE OF HELPING PEOPLE WITH DISABILITYS

Last time we gave Taco Bell App delivery a chance. Always something missing, wrong, or the food is just cold. Missing a drink and our sauce packets this time. Last time an entire cravings box and the time before that 3 tacos. Spent over $40 in delivery. Even in person everyone’s rude and no one can get the orders right. It’s a bunch of high schoolers running the place. Fast food is dying off. Also saw someone’s drunk got spit in? The tables and lobby are always dirty. Yuck. Bye.

My daughter works there, and they are horrible staff that yells at her in front of staff and the customers. She is being called racial slurs at work by employees and the manager Moses is very unprofessional, I never wanted my child to go thru something like this as a first time working girl. Instead of them helping her they degraded her and never gave her fulltime or part-time hours. When I asked they said the most unprofessional thing that I never heard of . This is a business and no body child or adult should have to work under management and staff that disrespects their own staff the way they have to my daughter. Her being called a biracial slur was heartbreaking for me and nothing was ever done about it.. she will not be treated this way if u have kids don't send them to this location. No one should go through this

Never get the correct items ordered. Always messed up. I'm not able to have sour cream and yet when I order and tell them no sour cream when I get my order it always is there making it where I am not able to eat it. Tonight I went thru drive thru ordered and my order yet again was messed up. I ordered a LG 🍟 nacho fries and they put it in a container with sour cream and tomato on it. Why can't they get an order correct. Spent $50.00 and can't even eat the damn food it's a shame. I will no longer go to Taco Bell.

I placed app order to this location, in error, at lunchtime. I immediately tried calling to cancel it. Called over 54 times, in a row, and never got an answer till 5:30pm. A girl told me I could come in then and they would fix it. I told her it was dark, I'm 71 yrs old and live in Pearson that I couldn't come in then. Before I could say anything else, she hung up on me.
