I come here literally all of the time past midnight. I guess there must’ve been some new person or something, but my experience the other night was horrible. They were loykey rude, took FOREVER to get my food even though I was the ONLY person in line (there was no one parked in the front lot either!!). Cut my quesadillas wrong (really?? that’s like basic knowledge), had no bags, so gave me a “luxe box” packaging box, also, the quesadilla was the greasiest item that I have EVER gotten from here. Train your night staff better, and maybe give them a Red Bull or something so they can pay attention to the food that they’re serving, and to keep them from being rude when I have a simple question such as :”wait why is this in a box?”. I don’t even know how someone can be rude when responding to that question but they were.

This is hands down the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I order here way too often lol but everytime I’ve come every single employee is so nice and always seems happy and it’s refreshing to see. They always get my order right, there’s almost never a long wait and there’s always napkins and utensils in the bag. I usually don’t leave reviews, but as far as fast food experiences go definitely a 10/10!!

I have a speech impediment and the person taking my order said i was being rude im not rude I talk different and then when I got to windows this supposed person was the manager who was beyond rude so I finally got rude with her I will call store manager and speak to them she does not need to be in control of store or in contact with customers food is always good but yall keep making wrong people in charge I have been going to this store 2 times a week for lunch for 3 years now I dont ever want taco bell again do better taco bell on woodland Blvd and international speedway in deland this makes me sad NOT CAPABLE OF HELPING PEOPLE WITH DISABILITYS

Last time we gave Taco Bell App delivery a chance. Always something missing, wrong, or the food is just cold. Missing a drink and our sauce packets this time. Last time an entire cravings box and the time before that 3 tacos. Spent over $40 in delivery. Even in person everyone’s rude and no one can get the orders right. It’s a bunch of high schoolers running the place. Fast food is dying off. Also saw someone’s drunk got spit in? The tables and lobby are always dirty. Yuck. Bye.
