We got the two for twenty bucks and it was perfect. The chips and burrito were on point. The staff was excellent with the service and very upbeat and happy. The experience was outstanding. Definitely will be back

The food is mediocre at best. The man (Tom) who took our order after we told him we were ordering the Saturday two for $20 deal failed to tell us that what we order was no part of the deal until he rang us up. Then he was quite rude when I asked what was part of the deal. Over all I would say don't waste your time or money here. Go to Moe's or Chipotle better food and better staff.

The value proposition here is better than the other Mexican chains in town. You get more food for your money. Also, almost as an aside, the plastic sauce containers have lids and it seems like I can find a use for them at some point, so they’re worth hanging on to (the sauces used to set Tijuana Flats apart from their competitors, but now others offer similar varieties).Try to eat your food right away. If you get your meal delivered and it has a chance to cool down, it isn’t nearly as good. That’s true of plenty of restaurants though.Something cool about the receipts is that they have a code associated with a survey. You can use your receipt for a free taco next time you get food from Tijuana Flats.

The restaurant is super hit and miss, sometimes you’re in and out within 30 mins, others, over an hour. Staff is usually pretty friendly unless they are stressed due to amount of customers that have to wait a long time for their food.
