The value proposition here is better than the other Mexican chains in town. You get more food for your money. Also, almost as an aside, the plastic sauce containers have lids and it seems like I can find a use for them at some point, so they’re worth hanging on to (the sauces used to set Tijuana Flats apart from their competitors, but now others offer similar varieties).Try to eat your food right away. The restaurant is super hit and miss, sometimes you’re in and out within 30 mins, others, over an hour. Staff is usually pretty friendly unless they are stressed due to amount of customers that have to wait a long time for their food.
