Service was a little rushed. I’m assuming it’s because they don’t want you to have to wait but also they really depend on volume of business because the prices are good. I ordered a small dish, but it was only seven dollars and change. They have a few tables for Eden and dining. I wouldn’t see the ambience was special by any means. It’s more like a takeout, but that’s what I was expecting and I am fine with that. It was delicious, and the chicken was more tender than a lot of Places. Really great vegetables and very fresh. I was quite happy and I will definitely be going back.

I will not be returning to Top China. I bought 3 qrts of beef lomein and there was only 3oz of meat in all of the contaners combined the rest was just noodles. Very disappointed.

Its been a min since I had good chinese, and I have tried every other in Deltona, and Debary but this finally tastes like back home (ny) chinese. Even the after taste. Mind you chicken wings are not as big as quarter chicken meal, mire like reg wing size but all was incredibly tasty and fresh

Today I walk in there 7/15/25 around 7:30pm and try to order and person taking my order the cashier was extremely disrespectful and unclass and raising his voice while I’m was taking my time ordering. Very unprofessional after that I had to walk out and went to Fuji restaurant which is next door, they were really kind and welcome

Great Chinese food, but basically take out only. So no atmosphere rating.
Worst place. If you order any dish with meat and vegetables you get 95% vegetables. I ordered a quart of Kung Pao Chicken, I poured it out and found there were 4 pieces of Chicken total. It was like eating a hot salad. You charge $13 and you still are too cheap to actually put meat in. This is not the first time. I will never go back.

I am going to start off saying this food is amazing! Hot, fast, and flavorful!!! They made my order immediately, and it came out large and delicious. Best Chinese I've had south of nyc!! This is a must-have hidden gem not far off the beaten path! Must try the beef and broccoli.
