Every item I got was old!!! Hard bread on the sandwich and I do mean ROCK HARD CORNERS!!!! INEDIBLE!!!!! Fries was super cold and old, Potato was cracking and no Potato inside due to it was dried up!!! OMG WHAT A HORRIBLE Overall experience. Beware!!!

Honestly its usually a great experience. Everyone has an off day but when you hand my to go order to me and tell me 6 min that turned into 14 min for my te ders , my food was cold should have wait3d to make it when the tenders was done

Let me tell you about this Wendy's. I'm born and raised in DeLand. My older sister worked at the other Wendy's on S woodland for several years when we were younger but I have not been there for years. This Wendy's was so busy tonight like most nights. They went over above and beyond, not only tonight but every time when I go there(at least once a week). I am so impressed by their prices, they're attitude, their accuracy, their speed on a very busy night. I'm ALWAYS impressed when I come here. Even if there's a minor error, I politely go inside ask for a correction and they fix it immediately and with a smile. The owners, the management, the general manager, the employees obviously care. I will continue to come, continue to love on this place and tip my drive thru peeps that are doing an amazing job day in and day out!!

Average food, subpar services, but HAZARDOUS environment. Black mold on the walls, and holes all over the floor and walls. I’m surprised HR allows this. Disgrace to the Wendy’s brand.

Very slow service, there was a line to order at the counter so I ordered at the kiosk for dine in. It literally took 30 minutes for our number to be called. Food was not as good as other Wendy's. Condiments were sparce in both burgers, and my husband's burger patty was raw.

The distain I feel for this place today is only rivaled by Mc Donald's. It took a moment for the lady to take our order at the speaker which is fine. I ordered two meals and a potato. We had to pull forward for a fish sandwich. Once again no big deal (she disclosed it would take 6 minutes when ordering ) . The lady on speaker was hardly understandable sounding like she was on a fairly good trip. After waiting patiently for our food the runner all but shoved the food bags into my hands and stomped off. No thank you, have a great day, sorry for the wait anything. After arriving at the playground, and opening our food there was no sour cream I paid extra for with the potato, no honey mustard for the nuggets, and they forgot one of the combos fries. I don't often go out to eat, especially with prices what they are. But with service like this I am definitely rethinking even our seldom outings.
I've done food service for an accumulative 10 years and have worked almost every job title in that time. And I understand things were tough through 2020 and still continue to be, however if your store keeps this up I don't know how you will sustain business.
