Very slow service, there was a line to order at the counter so I ordered at the kiosk for dine in. It literally took 30 minutes for our number to be called. Food was not as good as other Wendy's. Condiments were sparce in both burgers, and my husband's burger patty was raw.

Somehow ordering a simple thing of fries was hard to get done with this Wendy’s. Go not come. Here.

The distain I feel for this place today is only rivaled by Mc Donald's. It took a moment for the lady to take our order at the speaker which is fine. I ordered two meals and a potato. We had to pull forward for a fish sandwich. Once again no big deal (she disclosed it would take 6 minutes when ordering ) . The lady on speaker was hardly understandable sounding like she was on a fairly good trip. After waiting patiently for our food the runner all but shoved the food bags into my hands and stomped off. No thank you, have a great day, sorry for the wait anything. After arriving at the playground, and opening our food there was no sour cream I paid extra for with the potato, no honey mustard for the nuggets, and they forgot one of the combos fries. I don't often go out to eat, especially with prices what they are. But with service like this I am definitely rethinking even our seldom outings.
I've done food service for an accumulative 10 years and have worked almost every job title in that time. And I understand things were tough through 2020 and still continue to be, however if your store keeps this up I don't know how you will sustain business.
2 weeks in a row my wife went through the drive through and ordered a triple baconator for me and both times I received a triple classic. First time without bacon and the second time with bacon. If you can't or don't have the triple baconator the person should say so and not give you the first triple item they can read. Maybe hire people who can read their terminal or know how to communicate. If you hate your job that much, maybe reflect on your life decisions. Also both time my wife received no receipt. Probably on purpose so I can't report it to corporate.

Cold and stale food. The chili was so runny and gross I didn't even taste it. Bun was hard on my sandwich and they forgot my crackers. Overfilled the frosty so when I opened it, it spilled out everywhere. Truly an awful experience. Definitely will never eat at this one again. Oh and literally 5 minutes after posting this now I have diarrhea 😅😠😡

Where to start. Vomit. That's the word that comes to mind. This place was trash from start to finish. Tonight. I placed a mobile order. Arrived and had to wait at the speaker only to find out why, all the employees (5 of them) were outside at the same time smoking outside the building. I watched them all poke out their smokes and run inside. Ok fine nobody was there so they took a break, I give them grace. I then realized since nobody was in the drive through that I should then ask kindly that the food be made fresh. I was reassured twice that it was in fact being made right then rudely but she was still assuring me. Apparently nobody can understand what that means. In fact I even got a chuckle for asking. Insanely rude. All of the food was cold, hard and tastes as if it had been reheated in a microwave 3 times. I am so beyond disgusted with this place it's the closest one to my house but I vow to never make an appearance at this location again. I think they need new management and training. Possibly rehab.

1 star for the ladies working there. I ordered the 6 dollar biggie bag. Double had food grease on the bun. They gave me a kids fry that had about 10 fries. The nuggets were good and the drink was ok. Very let down. I deleted my Wendys App. Will never eat Wendys again. I would rather go to Mcdonalds or Burger King.
