This place used to have the best egg rolls and food. The quality of the food went so far down hill. The egg roll filling is completely mush, the food is sooo bland now. We will have to find a new Chinese restaurant. What a shame.

Once I seen those faded panels I thought this food was about be amazing but with the years the cooking may have faded as well. Went with a dinner platter of chicken and broccoli and while the white rice was the standard, the chicken and broccoli tonight lacked many things to be desired. The chicken had a sogginess and fattiness to it that ruined the meal. The meal came with an egg roll and while the shell was overcooked and close to be burning burnt, the inside filling came out mushy. Wasn’t expecting an extravagant meal but I’ll be looking elsewhere.

If you’re going to buy food from this place, know this; your welcome and level of customer service , is wholly based on the color of your skin. 2 days ago, I saw the place while I was driving and stopped by to get some food there, with a big smile on my face, said hi to a lady in a green dress, she did not respond, had a stoic face and asked me what I wanted. I thought she might be having a bad day, you know, shit happens. So I placed my order. She threw the receipt on the counter and asked me to sign it. I did so and went to stand by the door. Three minutes later, another guy showed up. To my surprise, she welcomed him with a hear to ear smile. He went to sit down and wait for his food. His order, was somehow ready before mine. She literally walked from around the counter, brought it to him with another big smile on her face, thanked him and wished him a good day. I was trying my best not to make too much of it, so as a test, I went and sat in the exact same chair he was sitting in. When my order was ready, from behind the counter, she simply screamed the content of whatever I had ordered. I pretended I did not hear it and stayed there for a moment to see if she was gonna bring it to me .She called the order again, so I walked over, puzzled by how different her behavior was. She did not say a word to me, I grabbed my order and left. The difference between me and the other guy? Well, I’m black and he’s white.
On my way home all I could think of is how ironic it was, that someone who can barely speak English, someone who is also a victim of racism, to somehow feel entitled enough to be racist towards a black man in the country where she immigrated to in order to have a better life.
I just called for take out and experienced the most rude exchange by phone while trying to place my order. No matter the quality of food, nothing suffices for poor customer service skills and how you treat your customers. A very poor reflection on your business.
