I finally took the plunge and decided to try Big Al's. Had I looked at the reviews prior, I wouldn't have visited. Nothing special about the sandwich, lots of bread, very little meat and taste, adequate at best. Tried the fries, quite greasy, basically mediocre. $22 bucks, sorry nothing special here.. Honestly I had hoped to have that wow expierence.

Waited at the window for 5min. It wasnt until i was about to leave before anyone said anything to me. Tried making it a combo for the $2..but was told i couldn't because my order was all ready put in. Charge my 5 bucks for a small fry That was really lame after spending $ 45 bucks on 2 sandwiches.

I’ve been trying to find a cheesesteak like they make in Philly and this is definitely the closest and the best! Just ask for extra cheese, extra meat and to chop up the chicken….yummmm . Thx Benny! I’ll be back. Oh and don’t forget the cheese fries ?

The cheesesteak with provolone cheese and with everything on it is delicious. The bread is so soft. You won’t be disappointed. Good place for a quick bite to eat.
We ordered philly cheesesteak and cheeseburger. They were both delicious and plenty of meat in our sandwiches. Opposite to some of the reviews here, employees were very friendly and nice. We, personally would recommend this place. And we will definitely come back. ?
I've called that place 4 times because on Saturday night I was there late. With a couple of friends and whoever the guy is that works there, call ling customers out their name and use a profanity towards them is unacceptable. And no one answers the call I used to like that. Please, by between the food and the service that saturday night it was terrible . I don't think the owner is aware of the person that works at night on saturdays

Do not order from big Al’s. After 3 good orders, I ordered a cheese steak and received a loaf of bread with a single slice of meat, that may have been steak. Extremely disappointing since prior orders were great. $30 loaf of bread. You failed me Big Al.
