The food was delicious and very well thought out. Great steak house in south Florida. Our server Big Kev. Is the man. He gave Great suggestions he was kind and very helpful at all time. 10/10 service. We will be back.

By gawd, that dinner was insanely awesome. Crushed it. These guys nailed the trifecta…service, atmosphere, and food! Will be back, often! View was pretty spectacular as well ;)

Carlos is the best server in palm beach county. He made our experience so special that we dined two days in a row at this wonderful destination. The food is top notch. Steaks are cooked to perfection and the desserts are amazing. This is definitely our go to. It makes every experience a special occasion. Highly recommended.

Birthday dinner at Bourbon Steak Delray was a 10/10! They even had a birthday card signed by the staff waiting at my table (such a sweet touch).

Shoutout to David—hands down the BEST server, so attentive the whole night.

The drinks were fire, my filet was cooked rare plus exactly how I like it, and everyone at the table loved their food. If you’re thinking date night or special occasion, GO—and ask for David!

This place was awesome! The trio of duck fat fries in place of the bread course was a game changer. All the food from start to finish was cooked perfectly and bursting with flavor! The service was on point throughout and did not miss a beat. Our server Marcie was great and enhanced our experience. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great surf and turf with sides that were outside the box compared to most steakhouses.

Had a wonderful dinner at Bourbon steak tonight. I ordered the bone and ribeye and my wife had the Seabass and Both were delicious. My server marcie was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be telling my friends to ask for her!

I came here for a birthday dinner tonight. It was my first time coming here as the birthday girl wanted to go. Its located at the Seagate hotel and they offer complementary valet parking as well for the restaurant. Its very easy to find. Once we got to the actual restaurant we were greeting immediately and the hostess was very friendly. We got sat and it took about 10 minutes for someone to come take our drink orders. Once we did put in the drink order It didn’t take long for them to come. But for my second and third round of drinks they took a little longer than expected. The restaurant wasn’t too busy but You never know what’s going on so no big deal. Our server David was very nice and attentive and welcoming and friendly !! He gave us all the info we wanted know about any questions we had about the menu. For my drinks I had a Lychee Martini. It really tasted like sour mix and vodka with a splash of lychee. Probabaly one of the worst ones ive ever had flavor wise, still drank it as I didnt want to send it back and wait longer. 4/10 After that I had a lemon drop martini with titos 8/10

For food I had the Shrimp Cocktail 9/10. The cocktail sauce was gin infused which was very different and I enjoyed it. For my entree I had the waygu filet, with a side of grilled shrimp. All of it was a 8/10.

Also for the table they give you two sets of a fry flight. Very good fresh tasty fries with three different dipping sauces for each different type of fry .

All in all would come back for an occasion. Highly recommend you try this place out

Everything tonight was amazing, especially our server Marcie . I had the short ribs. My wife had the skirt steak. Salads were excellent as well. Highly recommended!

The ribeye was really good. Carlos D deserves a bonus. Really nice guy with a good sense of humor.

Went in for a late night dinner and loved every minute of it. Our server Marcie was great, food was delicious and a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Matthew the Bartender was spectacular! He was engaging and greeted me immediately as well as guided me through the delightful menu. His excellent advice on my amazing steak was extremely helpful. Emilio the Asst. GM was very nice and visited with me to check and make sure everything went smoothly. Very happy with the NEW Bourbon Steak and their crew!

Our experience was made absolutely amazing thanks to our server, Marcie! They were friendly, attentive, and had perfect timing throughout the meal. From recommending the perfect dish to keeping our drinks full and checking in without being intrusive, their service was flawless. It’s rare to find someone so professional and genuinely kind. We’ll definitely be back—and we’ll be asking for Marcie again!
