Great food. Interior decor is for the elderly . Easy indoor garage parking. Will repeat for the food

Locate in the freshly renovated Seagate Hotel This bourbon steak is unique to all the other bourbon steaks That I have been to . The manu is different with a Floridian twist even more creative than the one in Adventura . Their service is wonderful our waiter Josh was memorable , great personality. Great recommendations and made the night perfect. Had the Wagyu steak special it was outstanding. Lots of terrific choices in Delray, but this is one on top of the list

Borboun Steak in The Saegate Hotel was the perfect experience from start to finish. The ambiance and decor were exactly what you'd want in an elevated steakhouse: comfortable yet upscale. Upon sitting down, you are served the most delicious combination of French fries with three standout dipping sauces. I started with the hamachi crudo and wedge salad- both great! The wedge salad was one of the best I've had. For my entrée, I ordered the strip steak, which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. You cannot finish your meal without ordering their signature beignets- the perfect end to the perfect meal. The cocktails were beautifully made, and the wine selection went perfectly with the meal, making the whole experience even better. The service was fabulous, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they offered great recommendations. Thank you, Bourbon Steak, for a fantastic meal and experience.

We chose Bourbon Steak's “Dinner Is the Show” $300 fixed-price menu for our 13th wedding anniversary — a night we were genuinely excited about. Unfortunately, while dinner was technically served, the “show” never quite arrived. We started with a complimentary trio of French fries that were lukewarm and very clearly re-dunked and re-served (my husband has been in the food industry for over 20 years — this was unmistakable). Not exactly the tone you want to set for a celebratory, high-end experience. One of the main draws of this menu is the promise of tableside theater for both cocktails and food. However, our drinks were never made tableside, nor did a drink cart ever appear. Service overall felt strained and disjointed — clearly the staff was understaffed. The one true highlight was Jay, who handled most of the tableside food preparation. He was polished, articulate, and clearly proud of what he was presenting — which we appreciated. As for the food: The tuna tartare was shockingly bland — if this is Michael Mina's signature dish, someone should check the recipe. The lobster “pot pie” was delicious, but not a pot pie — just lobster in a lovely sauce with onions and no vegetables. The cowboy ribeye, flambéed tableside, arrived cold... and somehow remained cold even after the flambé. We mentioned the steak to our server, who said a manager would come over. A very young man in a jacket appeared, asked if our server was “giving us a hard time,” didn't introduce himself, and didn't address the issue at all. Later we learned that was apparently the manager. Dessert (“S'mores”) was mediocre at best. Then we sat nearly 45 minutes after dessert waiting for our check — a fittingly anticlimactic end. For the price point and Michelin-star name attached, you expect polish, warmth, and consistency. What we experienced instead was a concept that sounds wonderful on paper but isn't being executed well. We were excited. We left disappointed. Two stars — for Jay and the lobster sauce

Abhorrent—very mediocre steak and worst sea bass. Oysters or salad or both have my guest GI problems. Hotel guests eating there in sweaty Tees and wrinkly shorts. Don't waste your time or money (and lots of it). Also very poor wine by the glass selection and bottles are preposterously price even for a high end steak house

The food was very good. The portions were small and expensive. The service was not great. We asked our waiter for a few recommendations and everything he recommended was the most expensive option. Also, they have a delicious caviar “twinkee”. ($42). We ordered it and the waiter brought two. He should've told us that they were small and we needed to as opposed to just bringing it.

The Perfect PERFECTLY cooked scallop to my PERFECTLY cooked steak. The perfect char and medium rare as ordered. Great service .. 10/10 recommended.

Everything was perfect and absolutely delicious, as always. Our server Josh was wonderful and friendly, helpful in explaining the menu, and attentive the entire evening. He made sure we were pleased from start to finish.

The restaurant was beautiful & service was great- however the food was terrible - Cesar salad dressing had a funky taste and filet mignon also has a funky taste - we will not go back there - There are so many excellent steak houses in Boca and Delray - thought we would try a new one.

Grossly over priced for what they are serving regarding portion size. Servers were fine however the time to get the main course over (50min) was ridiculous. We were seated at 6:45pm and did not get out of there until 10pm! Chilean Seabass was not fresh (frozen) thick portion which resulted in not being evenly cooked or even overcooked. Overall lots of competition in town seems to me they have a lot of work to do.

Very Noisy - every dish was good but the filet mignon lacked a nice crust. Surprising given the level of restaurant Also extremely loud - not ideal for a romantic evening.

Dined last night with my wife to celebrate my birthday. I had high expectations going in, they were met and exceeded. It started with a birthday card on the table signed by the staff, and only got better. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous, the service impeccable, the food phenomenal. My wife started with the apple salad, I had bacon wrapped scallops. Our entrees were Sea Bass and ribeye, freshly made beignets for dessert. In between courses they brought out some French fries which are not on the menu, but from what I have read are duck fat fries which in any event were great.

Had a great meal…all of the staff was great! But our waiter, Josh, was exceptional…Very helpful and friendly. He recommended a few really good drinks as well as the Japanese wagyu which was on unbelievable. Definitely coming back! Thanks you!

We started with the tableside Old Fashions which were excellent. The fries trio with 3 dipping sauces was delicious and an interesting variation. There was 6 of us so we ordered all the sides except the baked ptotato and broccolini. Fan favs were the whipped potatoes, honey mustard brussells, & pork belly fried rice. Four of us had the Delmonico ribeye which was prepared perfectly, one of us had the Wagyu Filet and one had the Sea Bass both excellent. Craft coktails were very creative and equally good. Two of us had 10 year Port for after dinner and 3 of us had Espresso Martinis which were very good. For dessert we shared the cheescake, Beignets with 3 dipping sauces, & S'mores all excellent! For us this was a special occasion dinner where we over ordered to try a lot of things. Prices were in line with other restaurants of this caliber. Our service was excellent and this is a crowd that dines frequently and can be very picky. I would highly recomment this restaurant and we will return.
