I had an awful experience at this ice cream shop. First, they served me ice cream that tasted like it had been left in the freezer for months—seriously freezer-burnt and barely edible. When I asked for a different flavor, I was still charged for the first one! Completely unacceptable. Between the terrible quality and the unfair charging, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers.

Friendly service and always fresh yummy ingredients on the toppings bar. The toasted coconut is the best!
loved the ice cream and was very delicious. employees were very rude and not friendly in the slightest. employees were NOT wearing gloves and proceeded to touch cones with their bare hands. employees also did not clean the scooper in between different customers and flavors. wish it was a better experience especially since the ice cream was delicious.
