BurgerFi offers delicious burgers, with some customers praising it as one of the best. While there may be occasional issues with orders and food presentation, service is generally described as accommodating. The veggie burger is a highlight for vegetarian options, and many find the choices friendly for those who are vegan or vegetarian. The fries' seasoning can be a bit strong for some, but the food overall is delicious. Customers have noted excellent service, with staff providing attentive and polite service with a smile. Parking is easy to access, making the visit convenient. The manager is always accommodating and has great energy, with some customers looking forward to seeing them every week. The food is always phenomenal, and the staff, manager, and assistant manager are amazing, kind people with great customer service. The atmosphere is decent, and they have a lot of board games available that is a fun and unique touch.
