Maria is the GM here at Delray location. She is such a gem! Lunch was quick and delicious! And now, with all these import tariffs on pasta- we will be getting our fresh homemade pasta locally!

Some businesses make you happy to patronize them beyond the product they sell. DalMoros and Maria are such a business. Not only do they serve delicious pasta (and breadsticks!), but the service with grace is awesome. Definitely check it out.

Maybe it’s great for Floridians & tourists…. But for real Italian Americans, this is a disappointment. Mortadella sandwich had maximum 3 slices of cold cuts on it - all bread.
Bolognese is watery & has no presence of celery or carrots. It’s a meat sauce. Nothing more.

We just moved Delray Beach and this is one of the places I really wanted to try. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Not sure if this was an off day or what. Both the napoletana and cacio de pepe sauces were extremely bland, the bigoli was not cooked all the way, and I could not stomach a second bite of meatball. I will say the fettuccine noodles were pretty good..but I wish I had had a decent sauce to go with it. Crossing this place off my list for now.
We stopped here on our way home from the beach and were so glad we did. The Mama Rosa with fettuccine was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and perfectly saucy. I’d definitely come back again!
You have to park on the street. If you can snag the five minute parking spot, you win.

Great fresh pasta with a variety of pastas, sauces, and toppings - customize to your taste! Delicious and affordable - good size portions! Helpful, friendly staff! Glad we came.

Only place I could find in a Tri-County area that serves caca e Pepe pasta and the pasta’s homemade absolutely unbelievable! This is a little gem off the beaten path and I wish I had one in Brevard County where I live

This was our first time here. We drove up from Broward. Everything was so fresh and delicious! I had the cacio e pepe, the hubby had the Bolognese, and the kids had the like butter. We were even treated to samples of the pumpkin tiramisu. All totally delicious!!

I came to dalmoros on a rainy Sunday afternoon after just moving to St.Pete and i will say this has been the highlight of my move. The staff are so friendly and helpful for first timers and helped me find a great meal. I ordered the rigatoni with pesto,sun-dried tomatoes and a tiramisu for desert. It was so fresh and yummy and would recommend 100 times over. I will definitely be coming back to satisfy my pasta craving.
