Pasta To Go! What a fun concept located in the Amature Public Market. Fast service, fresh, delcious pasta.

Pasta seemed well made, but it was overloaded with toppings. Highly recommend not ordering the toppings.

Tiramisu was good, but topped with too much chocolate powder. Felt like I took a spoonful of nesquik.

Hands down the best homemade pasta I’ve ever had! From the moment you walk in, the cozy atmosphere makes you feel right in Italy. The pasta is fresh, made with love, and the flavors are out of this world. You can taste the difference with every bite—perfectly cooked, with rich, bold sauces that complement the pasta just right. The staff is friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about the food and the experience. If you’re a pasta lover, this place is an absolute must-try. Can’t wait to come back for more! P.S. the meatballs were AH-MAZING!!! (And I’m Italian…it’s a big compliment)

The pasta is in fact fresh and made in the restaurant but the sauces my Italian family members didn’t like.

I recently visited this place and found it to be quite nice in terms of atmosphere. However, the food didn't quite live up to expectations. While the sauce was delicious and had great flavor, the pasta itself was just okay—nothing special. Additionally, I was disappointed by the very low protein content in the dishes. Overall, I think the place has potential, but the food needs improvement.

It's just fast food. Limpy pasta and skimpy sauce. You order it and it comes out in 5 minutes. What does that tell you? They serve it in Chinese food style paper boxes. It's mostly for eating while u walk but they do have 2 small tables on the street and 8 chairs.
I ordered a half bottle of chianti with my meal. The kid handed me the bottle and a corkscrew. Luckily I knew what to do with it. I asked him for a glass and he said they had none. A girl came out of the back with a red cup.
If you're 17, have the munchies and want something quick, this will fill the void. I'd rather have ice cream.

Fresh pasta to go is a magical place. In the course of my five day trip to Delray, I went here three times, and it was amazing every time. HIGHLY recommend the mama rosa and the caprese; the servings are big enough (but still reasonably priced!) that you can split it with someone else and still be full. The tiramisu is also the perfect size. 10/10 will be thinking about fresh pasta to go possibly forever.

Delish! My bff and i tried DalMoros Fresh Pasta for the first time on our way to the outdoor free Journey tribute concert last Friday. it’s the perfect to-go pasta for picnics on the fly. and *wow* it’s super delish fresh. once you’ve enjoyed fresh, homemade pasta you’ll never go back! We shared the fettuccine with Mamma Rosa sauce. The staff were super friendly and kind; shoutout to EM and the young man whose name i forgot to ask. You both made our evening with your smiles. And for those of y’all who love Tiramisu … DalMoros’ Tiramisu rivals the best I enjoyed in Italy, no kidding!! It’s beyond amazing ?
