We went today for my birthday breakfast. There was no hello greeting when we arrived only do you want a booth or table. Once seated the server brought coffee which was lukewarm and asked for a new pot. I ordered the traditional meal and my husband ordered the chicichanga. The food was barely warm and the potatoes were reheated in a microwave, dry, tasteless and barely warm. Our server never came by to ask if everything was ok or if we needed anything. We were extremely disappointed with our meals and service and will not be returning to First Watch. I have heard similar reviews from relatives who went to other First Watch restaurants in South Florida.

Our server Krista was phenomenal. She was so kind and attentive. Gave us wonderful suggestions and made the experience top notch.
