EVO Entertainment + EVX + IMAX - Delray Beach

This place is quack-tastic! Im new in town, and I think I’m gonna come here all the time! So many awesome things going round and it’s based here. All good things when I was walking about, friendly faces, and happy people, I had a ball!

Oh my god, I found my happy place! Took the fam to the theater and we had a great experience. Great, happy staff, that welcomed me as soon as I arrived. We noticed they have a bowling alley, and so after the picture, we bowled! What a rootie-toot-toot time!

Staff was amazing, seats were very comfortable, ambience was great. Food was okay, bathroom was unkempt. 4 stars

Hooky Bowling is located in a nice promenade and is an attractive bowling alley. However, my group and I were disappointed with the experience. Half the lanes were not working. The bumpers either have to be on or off. It cannot be set if the children want to use bumpers and then adults do not. This was disappointing for the kids because they kept getting gutter balls. The pin reset would take a minute to rest each time which ate into our bowling time. Normally you could play about 2 games in an hour. We bearly made a game in an hour. I think due to poor maintenance of the alley, a lot was not working making the experience a1 star.

A go to for me and the kids. Also a great place to come with friends for bowling or an arcade night. The new menu is fantastic! The best part about Hooky is the bar staff. They are attentive and give great service! It’s always a great night out!

Why are we selling tickets for a musty theater with broken AC?

This place should be closed! Came to get some relief from the 95 degree heat & have a nice evening of bowling & have some food. The air conditioning is broken (still have to pay full price), half of the lanes don’t work & when you ask for help the people working at the desk couldn’t be any more annoyed at you! Plus the kitchen is closed!! So while we are melting they are playing videos from 1972!!! This place is awful!!

Would've enjoyed my movie more if not for a couple of disruptive young men.

I have been here twice, once a a few months ago around January, and recently in early July. On both these occasions, the IMAX screen stopped working and they had to issue refunds to everyone. Matter of fact, the second time, I believe the entire building lost power and they just handed out paper vouchers instead. As someone who doesn't live close to this theater, going out of my way to drive 45 mins to see a movie in IMAX, only for both times the screens to fail, I don't see myself coming back here.

Yo this place is myyy jam! I can’t believe I never came here before. Because this is gonna be my movie spot. I saw the imax movie. Word. It was fantastic if you know what I mean. Hahaha. Anyways, delicious food, and awesome staff. This place is the best! Y’all need to pull up!

I just got out of hooky entertainment in delray Beach, Florida and this was the most amazing experience of my life. I’m coming back here every single day. I spoke with eric the manager and he was so polite and kind. He made me feel like I was home. This place was in good shape too. Very spacious and comfortable. I liked the seats. Would recommend highly. And good wait staff too, Thomas and Dean were very polite and helpful. I thank god I ran into them today.

This is the worst movie theatre ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. Our food never arrived at our seat. None of the staff here give a crap when you come out to see what’s going on. The screen was so blurry and when we spoke with a manager he said they’ve gotten many complaints and he knowingly said he knew about they apologize. They just have not replaced the lenses and they’re using the 3D lens so that’s why it’s blurry. I thought this has to be a joke. To knowingly sell showtimes to a sold out theatre viewing when you know the consumers won’t get what they’ve paid for. Total con! Will never come here again

Since the name changed. Two things that would probably keep me from going back. Well, 1 for sure. 1 They only offer large popcorn. Many do not want a large one for 1 person. The biggest complaint is that the restrooms are FILTHY!!! This is not from people using the bathrooms. They are NOT CLEAN. THEY'RE FILTHY for a lack of cleaning. There is dust even settled in the dryer to dry your hands. The walls in the stalls are FILTHY from a lack of cleaning. I have not seen this with the last owners. If you can not clean your bathrooms what about the stations you serve food. This is definitely a deal breaker for..FILTHY i should have taken pictures!!!!
