Hooky Entertainment Delray

This is the worst movie theater ever. They were very rude and immature. They threatened to call the cops on 13 year old boys for no reason. They also made up rules on the spot and did not let my son and his friends watch a movie at all. I do not recommend don’t bring your children here or your business.

Went to watch Michael tonight. During the previews it kept skipping then cut off and the movie started a hour late. Get to the last 20-30 mins of the movie and it cuts off again. They turn on the lights and start vacuuming…. Worst movie experience I’ve had in my life.

So needs to be redone and bathrooms are never clean.

Staff was great but the lanes were dry and we were unable to bowl.

Enjoyed the movie but my food was cold🫤, the theaters was about dirty next to and behind the seats but overall the customer service was great!

Had a great experience watching mandalorian on IMAX.the pizza from the bar which was delivered to my seat blew my mind,it was amazing for a fancy pizza joint but for a bar.Glen the manager was there who was great very friendly & attentive.Awsome place

This theater's admission policy needs to be called out.

The MPA rating system allows anyone 17 or older to see an R-rated film without an accompanying adult. This theater instead requires every guest to be accompanied by someone 21 or older. That means my 17 and 19 year old children cannot watch a movie on their own here, despite both being old enough under the standard the rest of the industry follows.

This goes well beyond the norm and makes no sense for responsible young adults who just want to see a film. It is the kind of overreach that pushes families to other theaters.

Until this policy is brought in line with the industry standard, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. I'd encourage other parents of teens to be aware of it before buying tickets.

When I walked in to show my tickets, the staff was straight on rude. They would not listen to what we had to say and were super demanding. The popcorn tasted like it was weeks old and even the extra butter couldn’t save it. As I thought it couldn’t get worse, the seats were extremely uncomfortable and breaking apart. I do not reccomend this movie theater at all. Hooky entertainment is a hoax.

Crappy seats, extremely rude staff, stale popcorn had no flavor, stay away from here absolutely horrible.

Great place… everything in one spot!
Bowling, movies, food, ice cream and sometimes entertainment.
Delray marketplace is a great location!
