Loved the movie, but shocked to receive an $87 violation days later for parking in IPIC’s own attached garage, after being told by two front desk staff that no validation was needed. Their own sign directs customers to the desk to validate, which I did. Staff said “you’re good,” and I left.
Then I get a ticket from Parking Revenue Recovery Services claiming I didn’t register. I disputed it and was denied. So either the staff are misinformed, or IPIC is fine with third-party companies aggressively billing legitimate customers post-visit.
I’ve reached out directly and they did not respond, no reversal, no ownership. At this point, I’m filing complaints with consumer agencies and may dispute this as an unauthorized debt.
I loved IPIC until this. But not going here anymore. Be warned: You could pay $87 to park after paying to watch a movie.

first time coming to a dine in theater and our expectations were beyond exceeded!!! we came in for a late showing and kerlens was SUCH a gem!! he took the utmost care for my allergies when we ordered food while waiting for our theater to open and chatted with my boyfriend and I about cocktails, where we’re all from and the entire process of ordering food in the theater, making us feel a lot more comfortable about the entire experience. our server in the theater, mario, was prompt, polite, patient and answered any questions we had without disrupting the movie at all. on our departure, ken wished us a warm farewell and welcomed us back soon. 10/10, this will be the only theater we come to from now on!!! thank you kerlens, mario and ken!!

Such a gem spot. Staff was super friendly, cool modern design, very clean. Ordered Filet mignon sliders (cooked med rare) were perfect and nachos were excellent. Reclining chairs were spacious, comfortable and came with a throw blanket if you get chilled.

Dont fall for the parking SCAM above iPic. They advertise using a big sign that says $5 DAILY RATE PARKING with an ipic logo, but payment does not process and you get a bill for $87 from the VPNE company. Its then sent to a settlement company who then sends it to an arbitrator. Yes thats right a $5 parking becomes $87 magically. I tried to pay several times using their website and it would not process, I even worked with the front desk at the ipic and there was left with no option but to drive out of the parking lot having not paid. It seemed as though the facility just wasnt taking payment at the time and the equipment looks like its in disrepair. Dont fall for this scam or you will be just as upset as I am. When disputed they said other people paid fine using the app but funny enough I was approached by 3 other patrons who had no idea how to make a payment. Its part of their scam. I was then told upon dispute they would take off $20, i refused and they sent to some outside arbitrator company that requires you to pay a $25 deposit to do another dispute. This one only accepts a checking /savings routing number!!!! I definitely wasnt doing that so I guess Im out 67 for the time being because who knows what the fees will be if I dont pay. I hope iPic does soemthig about this so it doesnt happen to more people. Its sad to see what has become of the nice little beach town of delray. Makes me want to take my spending elsewhere and there are lots of options around here so its easy to do that when we are disrespected as patrons of businesses.

We had an amazing experience at the IPIC movie theater in Delray. The movie was great, but the real standout was the entire atmosphere. The chairs were incredibly comfortable, making it so easy to relax and enjoy the show. The service was excellent—attentive, friendly, and fast. And the food? Absolutely outstanding. Everything we ordered was delicious and really added to the whole experience.
IPIC Delray is definitely our new go-to spot for a perfect movie night!

The theatre itself was spotless, including the bathrooms, which really added to the comfort of the visit.
