Your parking garage sent me a ticket for $104. I followed the signage, and asked the desk when I arrived. I was told as long as I was in before 4 pm I was fine. I will not be returning.

Where do I start…This is the worst Ipic location I have ever been to. I said the last time I went to this location that I would never go back, but I decided to give it another try. Nope. Seats were not comfortable. I had to use the blanket for a pillow so that I didn’t have to sit up the entire time with no support. I asked for another blanket as I was cold, but the server never brought it over. That was no surprise because when we sat down we could not scan the menu as the label needs to be replaced, so we had to pull it up on the website. Then, the server did not come to us for the first 20 minutes (and it was not busy at the time at all) and into the movie starting even though we pressed the call button several times. But, the servers are automatically getting an 18% gratuity added to every check so they could not care less. The seat area was dirty, the seats themselves had old food stuck to them where we had to wipe them off before sitting down, a holder area to the right of the seat was filthy, and the food was mediocre. The place was awful for the prices you charge. Do Better!
Each time I come to this location I am reminded why I should go to the Boca Raton location. The waiters aren’t incompetent and we’re not properly trained. It took forever to get our food and we were still missing items. Clearly you put your card on file however they did not confirm if we received everything. After we were charged and notified them we did not receive everything, instead of refunding we were charged AGAIN just without the items we received. When I asked the waitress why were we charged twice she yelled at me and said “no you were not”. I then asked to speak to a manager and his explanation was they can’t refund however the payment should reverse within 2 business days. This is something we should have been told before the waitress charged again.
Imagine being charged almost $400 and having to wait 2 days for half of it back due to them not having the proper knowledge to do their job. Yeah, won’t be coming back.
Used to love IPIC, but the experience has really gone downhill. Went recently to see Mission Impossible and the screen was misaligned — about 6 feet too high, making it really uncomfortable to watch. I mentioned it to our server, who disappeared and never came back. On top of that, we ordered food and it was honestly inedible. For the price you pay, you expect at least the basics to be handled — a working screen, decent service, and edible food. Disappointing.
This IPIC was very quaint and nice- the food was Delicious & Amazing… the servers kept catching me by surprise but they were on point.
Solo date or date night worthy always
Another disappointing Ipic experience. Parking lot says validated ipic parking. But front desk, says no validation codes, email the parking manager for refund. Still waiting. Bogus
good cinema, there is parking for $1 if you came to the cinema. very tasty cocktails from the chef, I recommend. decent menu. wonderful sound and comfortable chairs.
Better than my expectations, and well worth the price. Great for a movie, dinner and drinks all in one. Very comfortable and a great location. Only negative part is that you have to pay for a membership..should be free. ALSO, beware that 18% gratuity is auto added, but doesn't show on your bill to sign. Very sneaky!!

Parking garage is a SCAM. Below is an email I just sent to "Daniel B Kelly, Attorney at Law" because I was SENT TO COLLECTIONS over a $45 extortion attempt because I allegedly paid AFTER the "Grace Period". Huge mistake IPIC, huge mistake... I'm sure you will say that the "parging garage is managed by an outside contractor" but I won't be accepting accept a sorry excuse like that.
