Best Lebanese food I’ve ever had. Amazing restaurant from the atmosphere to the service. Clean and well organized. Everything about Amar is a 10/10. Great for private events, larger parties or just a date night with your loved one. I love this place.
Amazing Restaurant with delicious food, impeccable service, perfect cocktails, and superb wines….. The best dining experience I have had in a very long time. Can’t wait to try their new spot…. Run… don’t walk to Amar….
We had the pleasure of dining last night at Amar Mediterranean Bistro, and incredible would be an understatement. From the the initial warm greeting we received from the hostess, to the top shelf waitress (Sara) who was not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable of the menu and wine list. Amar Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar offers a sensory experience. The tasting menu is incredible, with each dip meticulously crafted to pack a punch with a freshly baked pita. Specific meals like the branzino are melt in your mouth glorious, and the Kafta Halabi's balanced richness is an umami bomb. Other highly recommended dishes include chicken Shawarma, muhammara, tabbouleh, falafel, rakakat, lamb kebabs, and lamb chops cooked perfectly. The hummus is silky smooth with rich olive oil, and the labneh is fresh and creamy. The grilled chicken is incredibly juicy with a beautiful char, and the beef is tender and flavorful. The fish dish is delicate and flaky. The homemade Harrisa is spicy but super good. The food is excellent and made with care, intention, and serious culinary skill. The cocktails are amazing. The restaurant is beautiful, and the staff provides grate customer service. For an elevated experience, make a reservation during one of the weekend evening belly dancing shows, which are stunning and briefly interactive. Guests are blown away and highly recommend this spot for incredibly flavorful Middle Eastern food with a modern touch.
