We had the pleasure of dining last night at Amar Mediterranean Bistro, and incredible would be an understatement. From the the initial warm greeting we received from the hostess, to the top shelf waitress (Sara) who was not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable of the menu and wine list. Incredible food, ambiance, service, and value for money!!

Food was great. The three of us had the sample platter that included lamb and beef. We also had some smaller plates that we shared, including cheese, salad and hummus. The server, Sara, was wonderful. She helped us through the menu and all her suggestions were home runs! A great time.
