I used the restroom before picking up my order and it was filthy. There were short hairs (like they had been shaved) all over the floor, toilet seat, and sink. It completely turned me off. I forced myself to eat the sandwich since I’d already paid but checked it carefully. I can’t see myself eating here again, which is unfortunate because it’s the only Jimmy John’s near my office.

Freaky Fast with today's visit to JJ. I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door by the person who was at the cash register, I don't know if they were a manager or an employee, but they did greet me promptly and asked if I could be assisted with ordering a sandwich.
I picked a #12 with no cucumbers, The sandwich maker was also friendly and said hello. while they were making the sandwich, the service was quick, and fast and the sandwich was done and what seemed like minutes.
nothing but good things to say about the crew that was on today. It was quick and efficient which is what I needed because I was taking the sandwich to my girlfriend Who had requested the sandwich after she had her procedure completed for the day.
definitely speedy service and great customer service all around a good visit

Employee started to make my sandwich without changing their gloves after handling cash and using the register. I asked for a glove change which they kindly did and got me a new loaf of bread. Only to put the contaminated loaf back with the others after I sat down. Also a pretty sloppy looking sandwich that wasn’t cut all the way through either.

Every time that I go in to a store (in the past 4 weeks, I've been at stores in Lawrence, Kansas. Uptown Charlotte, NC. And Delray Beach, FL) The staff are always pleasant and welcoming and the subs are good and the bread is great. My only issue is: no American cheese and my favorite sandwich requires cheese and I hate provolone.

Never have I ever had a more pleasant experience eating subs at a sub shop. I myself personally work at this particular location, after I started in early April they have since reinvigorated my love for subs and for more than that have given me a new love for them and a love for the fresh JJ subs that r made w/ so much hard work and love. Everyday that I work here our subs r like my breakfast, lunch and dinner and every time I’m here not only do I put my heart and soul into this job but also help my coworkers get the respect they deserve. I love this place and don’t regret any second of it and I highly recommend it to many others.
