Crumbl is known for its rotating weekly flavors, which keeps things interesting. The cookies are big, soft, and more like a rich dessert than a classic cookie. Some flavors are really good, but others can be a bit too sweet or heavy. Each cookie is unique, decadent and delicious. The snickerdoodle cookie had a chewy, melt-in-your-mouth texture, and a subtle, sweet-spiced flavor with a light coating of cinnamon sugar. The wedding cake cookie is a favorite, and Kris' cake was so delicious. The Delray Beach location is always clean, organized, and well-maintained. The staff are extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. Service depends on the location, sometimes it’s quick, other times there can be a wait. One visit was made exceptional by an employee who gave three free mini cookies as a kind gesture. The packaging makes the cookies great for sharing. The cookies are a bit pricey, but they never fail to be just as advertised. Overall, it’s a fun place to try new flavors, but it may not be for everyone if you prefer simpler or less sweet treats.
