I came back with friends for dinner Saturday evening. I joined the Neighborhood Perk & was again treated like a rockstar. Curtis, our waiter was friendly, engaging & exceptional. It was a beautiful night. We sat outdoors on the side garden. The high top chairs were a little difficult to maneuver. Maybe the rave reviews set our expectations a little too high, but credit where it's due: the building is beautiful, the service was good, and the food was fantastic. The bar was excellent and the cocktails were great, we would definitely come back just for drinks. That said... we upgraded to asparagus for an extra $3–$4 and received what can only be described as a decorative asparagus.

Great newish addition to the Delray dining scene. We loved it! I was celebrating my birthday and it was so nice to have a delicious meal I can eat because I have many food intolerances. The skirt steak is amazing and you must get the red sangria! Next time I am trying the white. Our waiter was perfect! Very good and we will be back!
