Frankly it's not as it once was. Make sure your order is correct before you leave the place. Also for the employees, say when you run out of something not assume the customer will not be satisfied with more of the other. By this I mean when a person says I want this and that and those.

We ordered online, the order was supposed to be ready at 5:50pm. I left with the order at 6:40. They had run out of guacamole and at the same time the crowds arrived. It could have been a nightmare for the customers, but the young ladies who were delivering the orders were so friendly and updated us all on the progress of things. The tropichops were delicious and the yucca was very tasty so I definitly will be back!

We love pollo Tropical and William makes us feel like at home, he was so kind and helpful, we give him 10/5 stars love the yuca with cilantro sauce and the pork with black beans !!!!
