Every time I order they always get my order wrong if I say I only want steak, rice, lettuce and cheese and I say nothing else everytime I get my food there is tomatoes, black beans, sour cream and guacamole in it. Second time and when I say something they always think I’m wrong and they say well it’s not what you ordered.
Whoever made the decision to close the registers and rely solely on the self-service needs to actually take a look at what is going on. Too few customers know how to operate the machine, forcing a long line with people waiting while a staff member stands there walking the customer through step by step causing frustration for everyone and saving no time.
