I’ve only been to this location once and I will never go again. If I can give this location 0 stars I would. When I visited the staff were unhelpful and completely annoyed of the customers existence. My order was made incorrectly and I will not be going back to this location. Shame because the artwork on the building is the really beautiful.

Don’t even bother coming here. It’s a shame that Haitians have taken over this Taco Bell. 1 they don’t speak English so reading the menu is a hassle incorrect orders wrong items missing items. This restaurant needs a full overhaul bring in English speaking workers and get rid of this establishment being full

Drove here twice trying to get food. Frst time the drive through was closed so I went inside. When I went inside the workers were extremely overwhelmed and could not make any food and had no idea what was going on. Probably not their fault, poor management poor training. Second time I drove there a few weeks later to see if I could get food the drive through was closed again with a note on it saying to come inside to order. When I tried to go inside the the doors were locked and could not get inside. Seems like this place is effectively closed even with people inside trying to work it. Pointless establishment

I really like Taco Bell and this location used to be good. But this place has been really going downhill. First, do not use the Taco Bell App to order from here. 3 out 5 times when you get there, they will not have a particular ingredient, item or even be open. They'll offer you something else, but not a refund. In order to get a refund - since you cannot pay at the location, you have to call their 800 number. Second, I'm not sure if there is no manager but the employees seem to have free reign in terms of when the location is open. I've visited at various times when they are suppose to be open and they are closed, no signs...nothing. This has happened quite a few times lately. Most employees there will not even acknowledge a simple, "Hello." They will either ignore you or just nod an look away. I know that customers can be rude, so I try to be nice and patient. But I feel that this location just doesn't care.

I know this is fast food, but come on at least put in some effort! Tonight once again we ordered online, because normally the drive thru takes too long even if you’re the only car. We waited 15minutes at home before picking it up, the order even stayed it was ready, we get there only to wait another 20 minutes and they waited til we pulled up to the window keeping us waiting then decided to tell us they ran out of a particular item we ordered! On top of that we open the bag at home to find we are two of chips which is part of our box are missing! I love the food great for a craving but this location seriously needs to reevaluate the employees and management!

Whoever decided to put all self-service kiosks in place of human interaction should be fired immediately. Not only was there no customer service, there was no sign of anyone offering any assistance. The ordering process is basically a cluster f- - -…The menu is confusing and not user friendly in any way. When a trip to Taco Bell used to be a very quick experience from start to finish. That certainly is not the case now. We have been sitting in the dining room for almost 15 minutes with no sign of our food being ready. The clerk behind the counter calling out names in orders sounds like something out of a dubbed in Godzilla movie. I will not be returning to Taco Bell

The last time I went there, on February 10th, they got my wrong. My mobile order was a Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco and a Double Stacked Taco. I switched them both to steak from beef and added Chipotle sauce on both. They FORGOT the cheese sauce between the shells on the double stack taco. They didn't switch the beef to steak on the doritos taco, and they did NOT put Chipotle sauce on either.
