I have been coming here since it opened but it’s only now i leave a review - my server justin turned an average evening into a wonderful night. He’s incredibly attentive and sociable, I had a difficult member in my party and Justin was fantastic. I will definitely come here again and certainly ask for Justin. Love this place!

Place is nice but hell no 50 dollars for person and drinks overpriced managers should change that and also do better on the food this is really bad , i don’t have any problem with the place is nice and everything but this is so overpriced honestly don’t come here

This place has dropped off so much. Note to managers. Service is hit or miss. Same with the food. The primary reason we wanted to return was the music. Well...

Last time we came November last year, heard a banging DJ Marc from Australia. He kept us ladies dancing all night! So we knew we had to return. When you tip a DJ well for being on point that's about the best sign you can get where I'm from. He created the vibe and ambience.

But then there was last Saturday, the food and service were about the same. Not bad but not impressive however music was terrible, did not connect with us at all and the DJ could not mix. We did not stay after eating, or dance and drink like last time soooo *yawn. We had to go elsewhere...

We even booked mutiple rooms, flew down from NY, especially to party and hear the most loved Aussie DJ from our visit last year.

Will not be be back and we recommend that you go elsewhere too.

Management, get your act together. Little wonder that this time last year you had 4 stars or more on Google and now you're 3.9 🫢

This was our first time to the rooftop bar. We had exceptional service fron Magic Simon, Joshua and Abraham. They took excellent care of us and made it an awesome experience. Friends for life.

Where do I begin with this failure of a birthday dinner. Let’s start with the fact that the reservation was made weeks ago. Credit card on file. $50 minimum per person. Also, if you don’t call a week in advance to confirm reservation, they charge your card. Arrive at the restaurant, told the inside table we requested isn’t available. We were seated outside with the expectation that when a table inside was available they’d move us. Get our drink order in and then told we need to move tables because the party next to us was larger than expected. Eventually get moved a second time to a table inside. Three steak frites dishes come out cold. Pasta dish was overcooked. Chicken slider order comes out, and inside is purple. Manager tells us the chicken was cooked too long that’s why it looks like that. He removes the plate, just to bring it back out with the piece of chicken dissected to tell us it was actually a bone in the chicken….why? Why do managers think it’s appropriate to “prove a point”. Fix the issue, apologize and move on. If you’re looking for a good meal this is not the place. If you want vibes and overpriced drinks then this is the place for you. Nick was the best part of the experience.

Such a dirty establishment the chairs and seating filthy! Had reservations and had text for confirmation of reservation however was treated as if they were unaware! Food portions good except steak frites. Cocktails good presentation of food nice. Service sub par 25$ Valet fee and the to go boxes don’t close had to use rubber bands and then asked for bag! Drove 45 minutes for this!

I recently celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday at Rosewater Rooftop with a friend, and it was such a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was absolutely perfect – from the great music to the vibrant yet relaxed vibe, it really set the tone for a special evening. I ordered the lobster roll, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had – so fresh and flavorful. The drink I ordered was also spot on, perfectly balanced and delicious. On top of all that, the service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the night. Overall, Rosewater Rooftop was the perfect place to celebrate, and I can’t recommend it enough!

I had such a great experience at Rosewater Rooftop! Mimi is absolutely the best server out on the pool deck — so attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect the entire time. She really went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. If you’re coming out here, definitely ask for Mimi. She’ll make your experience unforgettable!!!!!
