first time here! And Nick was one of the best servers I have ever had going out!he offered the caviar and it was delicious! We had the Australian Wagyu ribeye for dinner! This place is a little gem 💎 especially with servers like Nick, very welcoming, funny, professional. and knows his stuff! He’s a keeper!!!!!! Will be back next month!

It was my first time here, and I had the absolute best time!! Teresa, the hostess, was so welcoming and accommodating, and Nick, the server, was amazing! Such a great spot for late-night drinks and an overall good time! Will definitely be returning!!

Really nice rooftop! Food is gooood! Have been there for the happy hour. Lobster rolls have a great asian twist. Great music!

One of the bartenders was a decent guy. The bourbon selection was sub par with no Blantons, Buffalo Trace, Jack Daniels Single Barrel or Gentlemen Jack. A supposedly high end hotel should have a better stocked bar. The menu was questionable. We had 1 drink and left for Coco's. Josh the bartender was amazing. I wish you all well. Jack

We visited this rooftop bar yesterday and were left extremely disappointed. Upon arrival, we were shown to our table by a young girl at the reception who seemed completely disengaged and uninterested. She placed the menus on the table without a word and walked off — and that was the last we saw of any staff.

Despite the bar being far from busy, no one came to our table for over 10 minutes. We waited patiently, but with no service, no acknowledgment, and no follow-up, we decided to leave.

We ended up going to another bar nearby where we were actually welcomed and looked after — and we’re glad we made the switch.

The rooftop itself may look nice, but the service (or complete lack of it) made it a forgettable experience. It’s clear that customer care isn’t a priority here. We won’t be returning.

We came for the first time yesterday for happy hour! We got this awesome server nick we had to come back specifically to see him! Very professional and friendly and extremely funny!

Fantastic atmosphere, sunset with a great breeze and fantastic drinks. Highly recommend for cute date night or drinks with friends. Drinks were delicious for good value. Bites are yummy. Music was great for a good evening out. Highly recommend

Rosewater is one of my favorite spots in Delray for any celebration!! The ambiance, the food and the service are always SUPERB! It’s the perfect place to celebrate with the Girls!

I visited Rosewater on the Roof for the first time and was pretty underwhelmed. The outdoor booth seating was grimy and stained—not a great first impression. We both ordered the skirt steak with fries, priced at $33 each, and were surprised by how small the portions were. The fries were basic and uninspired. Overall, it didn’t live up to the price point or expectations. I won’t be returning or recommending this place.

I came with my family tonight for the first time. We had a great time. The atmosphere was great, so welcoming and vibrant. The service was top notch. Sami made sure to make our experience as amazing as possible. The drinks were brought so quick and when my brother spilled his drink he got another one right away. Definitely coming back!!!

Juan and Serena made our whole stay. They were the best and most attentive bartenders and made our Sunday so fun. They were so attentive and on top of the menu and drinks. If you’re looking for a good time where the bartender makes you feel important, ask for them.

Beautiful rooftop restaurant. Our waitress was great. The food was delicious and the drinks were yummy. Having dinner in the open under the stars was a great experience.

Never made it to the reservation because they called and canceled me about 10 minutes prior. Very poorly handled. The girl on the phone was very rude. They said our indoor reservation was cancelled due to rain. Basically they moved the outdoor reservations indoors and cancelled the indoor reservations. What sense does that make???
