Brule Bistro offers delicious and creative dishes like the chicken & cornbread waffle, scallops, and lobster/shrimp ceviche. The atmosphere inside is lively, while outside is more relaxed. The staff, including waitress Jordan, provide attentive and pleasant service. Despite some seating discomfort, the food quality and fast service make it a great dining experience. The shrimp tacos and burger sliders during happy hour were described as phenomenal, leaving a desire to return for a full dinner experience.
