Chloe was the best server I have ever received in the entirety of South Florida. Before I came today, I had only been here once and I can 1000% say that my experience was elevated this time because of the excellent service of Chloe. She was attentive, friendly, and provided amazing recommendations based on the menu and drink list.

We had a mixed experience at this restaurant. First we were able to make a reservation at 9:30! They call us to say that the kitchen would close at 9:45. We arrive at 9:30 and we’re told that the kitchen was already closed. However the manager came and profusely apologized for the confusion. The drinks we had received were offered by her. Gill made a bad experience more acceptable. Drinks were not that great. Maybe everyone was tired by then. Thanks Gill, we appreciate very much your attitude.

Fun, vibey and easy place to be, especially if you need somewhere to lounge while you wait for your room to be ready. Our waitress, Rachel, was fantastic -- her food recommendations were on point and she was very knowledgeable about the beer, which my husband appreciated. Ask for Rachel!

We have been staying at The Ray Hotel. We had the pleasure of Rachel, a server by the pool, helping us the past few days. We cannot say enough about her work ethic, attentiveness, and positive attitude. She is fantastic and has been a great addition to the hotel. We will be back because of Rachel!

The rooftop is very nice with a beautiful decoration...To be reviewed for the benches which are not very clean and which also sag over the years...And the texture is not pleasant at all in the dress...The cocktails were very goodThe meal was good but not excellent either.On the other hand, I don't understand how you can serve plastic cups around the pool, and even more so for champagne!!!There are so many beautiful plastic champagne glasses and glasses now where you can even put logos on them...Our waitress was very pleasant....On the other hand, the girl who was there to learn doesn't really have the look of the establishment and no smile... Too bad...The service at the pool was also good.2 different atmospheres at lunchtime and in the evening...We had lunch at midday and had a drink in the afternoon at the swimming pool and in the evening being hotel guests.

I can’t understand how a place like this still uses plastic straws! Service is ok. Food expensive and the selection is a joke. The only plus they have is the rooftop.

Very very disappointed- in the new menu of drinks and dining. We were a large group who were looking forward to enjoying the nite as we had been there often in the past but walked out after 1 drink. The previous menu was much better! Also you need to take down your happy hour promotion from your website- , since you no longer offer it - that’s false advertising.
