This place is inside the Delray Beach Market, which is apparently temporarily closed now for renovations. Parking is a nightmare in that area, but you can use the Market’s garage and have the ticket validated before you leave.
We stopped here on a weekday a couple of months ago for a quick lunch just by chance: the vendors we wanted to try were either closed or “out of stock”, so we decided to try Salvo’s pizza.
We ordered a couple of slices and ate them at the bar nearby (so that we could pair them with a glass of beer).
Considering we’re always on the lookout for authentic Italian pizza, I never thought of trying Salvo’s before. The slice was very thin and could definitely be more generous on toppings, but it was ok.
I wouldn’t stop at (any) Salvo’s on purpose, but I think they’re still good for a quick bite.
Prices are average of the area.
Tried to order through them they would not take an order of the phone try to order through the app the app to not show them search their name wouldn’t come up so they lost in order

I was only going to get one slice, but the guy at the register - he gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse ? so I got two slices and a sprite.Pizza is pretty good. I went there on a Friday night. I like the vibe of the place (Del Ray Market that is) they had a DJ playing music inside, which I loved, but due to the noise. Somewhat difficult to order as you have to yell your order. That aside I’d come back.
Just ordered a vodka sicilian pizza. I’ve gotten it in the past and it was fantastic. Today, i open my box and theres literally 0 sauce. I asked the older guy working if he had vodka sauce. He rudely tells me no he doesn’t know what i’m talking about. I told him I ordered a vodka pizza how can he give me literally cheese on bread? No comment back. I just drove here from WPB for this pizza and cant even get a comment back. Horrendous service.

What a disappointment. We got talked into ordering a whole pizza and told it would be about 10 minutes. Forty minutes later we finally got our soggy burned crust very little meat meat lovers pizza. Oh and no explanation for the huge delay. Not sure what’s happening to this whole Delray market but this was our last visit based on this experience.
A meat lovers with hardly any meat on it. Great pizza here but disappointed Inthe meat lovers ....i m meant there's no meat on it Should be drowning in meat.
Best pizza in Delray hands down. Authentic New York style. Will definitely be ordering again.

I’m from NY and I am always looking for a pizza that compares. Well Salvo’s does!! Wow delicious! Salvos even from Palermo Italy where my families from. Win win. Nice guy, even better pizza. Highly recommend. These few bad reviews prior to mine must be their competition making stuff up and being poor sports cause Salvos is AWESOME!! As close to NY pie as you can get in Florida
Best Pizza in the whole world, and better with all the fixin's
This place used to be one of my favorites, unfortunately they deteriorated A LOT, a cheese pizza ended up being a garlic pizza, the taste of garlic was disgusting, there were countless amounts, there were garlic peels on my pizza. Anyway, I won't be back!
Largest slices ever, Quality ingredients you would swear you're eating New York Pizza!!!! ???
The best pizza in Delray Beach!
