The food is fine. The waitstaff is pleasant. The atmosphere is okay. That said, between the very crowded dining room and robust takeout business, this restaurant is completely overwhelmed and a mess. We were a party of eight and our first entree came to the table 20 minutes before our last. Every dish was lukewarm to cold and we were handed every excuse in the book as to why it wasn’t their fault that our holiday meal was a disaster. Never again.

Ordered a salad and pizza. Kept it simple first time going there. Pizza and salad were great. Pizza a little small but so what if it taste this good I will order us too. Would recommend

I ordered a NY style pizza, cheese and meatballs to be delivered. The pizza was delivered on time, the delivery person was very nice. My pizza was burnt, chard, the crust was burned black! I don’t understand how an employee can actually put this burnt pizza in a box for a customer. Did they think I wouldn’t notice? I will never order from this place again! Oh, and the black circles on the pizza is burnt cheese, meatballs were never added.
The Sicilian Salad is excellent - one of the best salads I've ever had at a restaurant. Everything else is pretty good too. Not like an Italian restaurant in Naples FL, but pretty good. Service is good. Atmosphere is good. Solid place.
One of the better Italian chain restaurants that gets jam packed for good reason; good food at reasonable prices. I ordered the pasta fagioli, the house salad and a mushroom and black olive pizza. All items were very good, not extraordinary, but very good. It’s understandable why this place gets as busy as it gets, plus the service is excellent, which makes everything better.

Love the food! Sicilian salad is the bomb. Eggplant always made perfectly. Only objection is the noise level but eating outdoors is fantastic. Great meet up place for lunch with the girls!!
Had the best pizza in Florida last night. Excellent doe with a crisp edge and firm bottom. Our waiter Andrew N suggested well done and it came out perfect. Andrew is a very nice and actually cared about our experience and knows the menu inside and out. I will be back soon and often!!
