I know the new rules about the stay and to go cups. At my usual everyday Starbucks I learned them. Today, I went to this Starbucks and when I was ordering my barista asked me for here or to go and when I hesitated, she said you can get the to go cups and if you stay here, we will still fill it. I said ok, that works! And when I went to refill it after being there for 1.5 hours, the manager told me no, even after I explained that my barista told me I could. We are not going back here!

I am liking the pivot Starbucks has made to be more welcoming of customers and signalling they want them to hang around and linger at there locations, just like Starbucks of old. Service at this location was good and it was cheerful! Sorely lacking these days. Also, new policy at Starbucks gets you free refills which they give you in a ceramic mug, nice touch. I love there breakfast sandwiches, have not ever had a bad one, they are very consistent. I also like there unsweetened raspberry soda, it is worth the splurge, it actually tastes like freshly crushed berries. Now, if they only would not set the air-conditioning to Mr. freeze levels! EDIT: I see starbucks "owner" has replied, but not sure why? All the Starbucks are set to a cool temperature, and staff at the locations say they cannot change the temp, so not sure what responding to the link will get me. BTW, the link only sends me to the Starbucks web page. I thought my review showed Starbucks in a good light? Not everything can be a 5 start review (quite a problem in ratings, 5 stars should be a rarity, not the norm). Let me know where I hurt you Starbucks!

Why do you let people who don’t order anything occupy your tables and speak loudly for hours? It’s beyond me. The same arab speaking guys and some others. Does this starbucks give homeless people food? I’m so perplexed.

After getting my drink and the inside tables being full, I noticed 1 non ordering person hogging a table inside. As per usual. So I went out. All the outside tables were full in addition to another non ordering person hogging a large table speaking arabic loudly (light skin orange-ish hair). I pulled up a chair on the side with my headphones to sip my coffee, and 5 minutes later he aggressively taps me on the back commanding me to use the table because he’s going. Are you serving customers or are you a charity? Why do you let these people act like they own the place? I can decide where to sit independently. Because of this weird charity this starbucks acts like, you’re blocking 6 seating areas in total for 2 non paying customers because they take up the extra seating space, what’s the logic?

The coffee is so good and I don’t mind the women that do this but the men really act like they own the place and don’t order anything

Nader and Minnie always provide exceptional customer service!!! Nader should definitely be the manager of a Starbucks Location!

Make sure you have change or are okay with getting $0.97 cents back, I had an interesting experience today with the young pale guy that has a thin mustache, I was trying not to get a dollar broken and I was $0.03 short. I ask him hey you don't happen to have $0.03 somebody left there for someone that's short on change and he's replied do you mean like a tip jar? Honestly I almost laughed in his face for being so smug about wanting me to give him a tip rather than get a $10 bill back, I'm the lowest paid member of my team at work; I can't afford to be leaving $3 tips on $10 coffees. Fortunately I found a $0.10 at the bottom of my center council in my car, and to make the situation more hilarious, the young kid refused to keep my change for the next person that is short. SMH LOL

Other than this experience and the fact this location has less snack options it is a great Starbucks 4/5 Stars, will visit again.

It's Starbucks. A corporate coffee shop. Good selection, prices are kind of high though, especially for any food items.
Often times you have to wait a while to get your drink served.

Any particular reason to display a huge Queer/ gay flag in the middle of the restaurant? It's August 19.

I always use the drive thru. My order is always right. The service is great. I am always greeted with a smile and cheerful attitude. Honestly a great experience everytime. Plus drive thru always moved quick. Even a 10 car line takes less than 5 minutes.
