I ordered ahead before work & my pick up was drive thru. I get to Starbucks & drive past the speaker to the window & this young lady (Kalissa / Shift leader) comes to the window & says I was supposed to stop at the speaker, state my name then drive up! I said “um ok, I apologize, can I get my coffee so I can be on my way?”. She then insisted that I drive back around & do it in the manner that she said. I asked to speak to the manager & she says “I am the manager” In a very rude manner. To have to deal with such foolishness 1st thing in the morning (8:15 AM) prior to going to my sales job at one of the local dealerships is a Disgrace. She could’ve sympathized with me & said “now you know for next time” but expecting me to drive back around like I have all the time in the world is so unpleasant & inconsiderate. No integrity or Empathy at all, just rude smh & it was not that serious. I had to park my car, come inside just for my coffee to be on the counter waiting for me to grab it. So inconvenient when she could’ve just handed it to me. My colleagues have had horrible incidents w. Her as well. I will be reaching out to corporate because Starbucks should not have someone w. Such poor attitude as a leader at any store! ! I wonder how many people’s day she ruins smh. Unacceptable

My fiancé showed up before store open (before 5am) she’s been wanting a glass bear cup since they announced it over a week ago. The staff took them all. She said there were about 10 people waiting outside, and nobody got one.

Came in and ordered a Chai Tea, and Earl Gray and some egg bites.
10 minutes later after the other customers came in and were helped and left. Still no tea or egg bites. I inquired with Evelyn and she gave me a massive attitude....... The original guy that took my order handed my the bites and they ended up making the tea after.
I've frequented this location - but lately idk... the customer service is lacking.

Nader was very rude and hostile towards me and my group. Yelled at us and slammed the drive-thru window shut when we asked if he could throw our straw trash away. When i told him he needs to have a better attitude when speaking to customers yelled at me again. Very disrespectful and uncalled for.

I rarely leave reviews, but this might be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The person taking my drive-through order was painfully slow and had trouble understanding what I was saying, even after repeating it several times. When I asked to have the coffee beans I bought ground up for me, the manager refused my request saying they couldn’t because there was a line behind me. Then to no surprise at all, they messed up my drink order, which delayed everything anyway. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this experience was just ridiculous and really frustrating. Also, my drinks were disgusting but that’s also not a surprise seeing how poorly run this place is.

Richard is one of the best baristas there. He’s very enthusiastic and very warming to great. Makes my morning every day and always a delicious coffee!

Richard is incredible! PHENOMENAL customer service, great personality, and always striving to go above and beyond! From first impression I genuinely don’t see him working at Starbucks long and I’m kind of sad about it because I Would love to see his energy every morning when I get my coffee but Starbucks is just the beginning for him! Also I’d like to mention I’ve been going to Starbucks for over 20 years and NEVER have left a review. Not because it’s bad at all, but because no one in my 20 years of going to Starbucks made me feel as great as Richard. You guys have a GEM of a human. I’ll insert my “GIVE HIM A RAISE” here!
Nastiest coffee imaginable, did not follow the directions of the order and was not given the correct size ! I do not recommend this Starbucks ! I ordered on uber eats and deleted the app cause they did nothing to help correct my order!

Our cappuccino with half coffee half foam (cup half empty). My vanilla latte was ok . I never waited so long in line to get 2 coffees.

I come here practically every morning and get the same coffees. I’ve worked at Starbucks and know when keg needs to be changed for nitro and had to ask them to remake it twice and even suggested changing the keg but they ignored and gave me my coffe still barely half full. Young girl on register should also work on customer service since Starbucks is pretty big on that.

Enjoyed my cup of coffee. I am very very picky too about how it’s made. But this really sweet worker named something like “Ameera” or maybe “Amira” made me a fantastic specialty coffee. Great place. Great atmosphere. Great workers!
