Customer service at this hotel was exceptional. The room size is amazing and the front desk staff was just amazing. John, one of the pool attendants went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He served everyone he encountered with kindness and extra care. He was genuinely happy to do his job. All of the pool guests including my husband and I praised him for his diligence. He’s awesome! Josh was great as well. Nightlife at the hotel rooftop was lively and enjoyable....
Overall The Ray was enjoyable. The staff at the pool were the most accommodating and went out of their way to make sure you were happy. Austin, Josh, Willy and Leah were wonderful and should be recognized for their service. The location of the hotel is fantastic and easily walkable to just about anywhere. The only drawback is the rooftop lounge music on Friday and Saturday nights. It is extremely loud and can be heard in your room while trying to sleep (we were on the 3rd floor...
OK where to begin-I have been at The Ray for almost two weeks and checking out soon. From the pre-arrival App Messages (Amanda/JP) to the first view of the location in charming Delray; the very polite and efficient Valet; and then the lobby I knew we found a South Florida GEM.
