Disgusting, place was so dirty I’m afraid I may get food poisoning, after eating my sandwich I literally wanted to throw up. Service was also horrible and they did not care about anything. Hopefully won’t get food poisoning.

I’m very disappointed and quite frustrated. I drove to subway at 9:40pm to get a quick dessert (they close at 11pm) and as soon as I pulled in a young Indian lady proceeded to walk to the door and lock it. I walked up to the door regardless to which I was ignored. This is super embarrassing for the company as well as unprofessional.

For the second time I walked out in the middle of them making my sandwich for the same reason: in the middle of making my sandwich, employee rubbing their nose and eyes…and not changing their gloves. Going right back to making my sandwich.

Havent gone to a subway in over 5+ years, decided to return today since i was given a gift card. First things first this was an online order so i dont recommend ordering online because maybe these people just cant read… The place was dead when i walked in and the workers were standing around doing nothing so i dont think they were in a rush while making it. Picture of my receipt and my order will be below. They forgot all of my ingredients including giving me the incorrect bread and i was basically given a Turkey and Provolone sandwhich… unfortunately i didnt notice until i was home because it was packaged and taped. Place was very clean otherwise but i still dont think id like to return again to subway after this one, atleast not order online that is.

This place is now under new ownership and things are much better, the place is very clean, food is great and fresh and finally the soda machine got fixed... clearly the best subway in delray..

First and foremost, one of the cleanest subways that I’ve been in in a long time. Chase, our sub technician gave us the best service that you could ever ask for at a fast food restaurant.Not only was he kind and courteous, but was patient and respectful. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Thank you Chase for setting the bar for customer service.
