Wow, this was really good...I wouldn't necessarily expect that from a place in a highway-side mall-type area, at the end of the night. Delicious! The workers were sweet.

Me and my family LOVES Poke Company. Clean, nice employees, good portions for the price. One time we had something missing and management took care of it right away! Simple lunch or dinner choice for no frills eating that doesn't make you feel guilty.

Absolutely stellar experience! The food was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service. Steven went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality made me feel so welcome. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience like Steven does. Highly recommend this spot for amazing food and top-notch service. Ill definitely be back!

It’s rare for me to leave a negative review, but I can’t overlook poor service. Rebeca, who prepared my poke bowl, seemed to be having a rough day—she rushed through my order and appeared visibly frustrated as I selected my ingredients, even coming close to rolling her eyes. I come here often and usually enjoy a delicious poke bowl with friendly service, but this experience fell short. If Rebeca finds it difficult to treat customers with kindness and respect, perhaps customer service isn’t the best fit for her.

Seems like they will prioritize the takeout over anyone actually stopping by. There were 3 ppl present and no one else in the place but me (as a customer). I stood and waited there for 23-25 minutes for my order to finally be taken. Guess what, the person who appeared to be manager, although nice, clearly not minding you as well and I guess serving another example that takeout orders are always a priority. Very strange to encounter this behaviour (the other location across from Mizner is normal, but this one was a total surprise, maybe I was on hidden camera :p) . So lesson to someone who wants to use this Delray location (don't come in there unless you had a takeout, that they are VERY good about; but otherwise you will be late for everything in the world, I think they are literally playing a joke on you or something). 0 communication too about what they were pretending to be 'busy' doing while they were adamant to ignore someone standing there for 'some time' and not being asked anything (they just kept their heads down to not look at you). Oh, at one point the girl finally turned to me, asked me, proceeded to finally be taking my order, AND..... *sigh* ran away again to pack some things for someone (?) or just because (organizing I think?) literally, midway; then someone came in through the door and she proceeded to go and help them and forget all about me... As if she was waiting on me to do something. I mean, that was ...interesting. After all that, as I started to drive (I decided to drive home after taking a couple bites at counter), and as I am driving,I realize that the the soy sauce and the poke plate must be uncovered because the entire passenger leather white seat was now in soy sauce and other sauce (oy vei). So once I got home,I needed to bring out all of my leather and car purpose cleaner tools and paper towels and water bottles so that everything is diluted and cleaned and soak up all the sauce ingredients; then wipe and dispose of all that and put the dirty bowl into another plastic bag to keep all the dirt away from me and from the car and everything while carrying it home to the kitchen sink. The rest is history.... FYI, it's been a 100 degrees today in scorching sun, I was getting short minutes before my next call meeting at home about to be late to connect due to cleaning, and also re-cleaning the car I just detailed the day before. So, yes, quite the experience. ;P

Absolutely horrendous! while everyone else is doing there job the manager is constantly on her phone and not helping…the staff look so unhappy and they are understaffed. At this point let the place go.
