Ciao Bella Pizza & Italian Eatery

Terrible experience. We get there and are told our pizza hasn't been cooked yet because the ovens were full. Pizza then gets put in an empty oven. Wait there 12 minutes while our salad gets warm on the counter. Get back with the food and the pizza is unbelievably greasy and the chicken that came with the salad smelled awful. Threw everything out. What a waste.

I’ve lived in SoFlo for 19 years now. I’ve never found pizza I could say I truly “Loved” - it’s always been one of those things I would just eat because I love pizza. Ciao Bella is beyond amazing!!! I was so impressed with their pizza today. Their Margarita pizza is incredible. Plain cheese pie was amazing! And that Sicilian pizza, WOW! This will be my go to going forward!!

The bad comments are competitors this is the best pizza I’ve ever had or they are just stupid, I’ve had like pizza everywhere this is the place locally.

Looks better than what it taste, our pizza was way salty couldn’t taste the sauce or any other ingredients beside the salt

WOW! The best food here. In NY, I used to always get a Sicilian, a regular, and a soda. I found my Florida place. And the entrees are delicious. Tommy (the manager), can do ANYTHING! Every entree I have had is delicious. This is definitely a place to put on your list!

Walked in at 9:30 pm and the guy working says they're closed. There was a group of people eating pizza outside and they had the neon sign still on that said they were open. On google, there hours say they close at 10pm. Overall, I'll never give them my business. It was the first time I was going there to give them a shot and the guy blew me off and said they were closed which wasn't the case. I'll never give them another chance. Screw this place.

Called several times no answer . Went there waited 45 minutes they didn't even start making my pizza. Told me another half hour. Rude customer service. Will not ever go there 1st time and last time. Got my money back ! Horrible! Zero stars.

Before I write this review, I want to tell you, I have given this place three chances. While the food, of the 4 different dishes I ordered were actually very good, their service is honestly horrible. The last time I was there, was December 12th. I ordered A chicken parm, two slices of pizza which was exellent, and an order of mozzarella sticks. I gave the girl my order and name, and told me it would be ready in 35min. I gave them 45 minutes before I showed up, and than had to wait another 20 minutes more, and the man said, he was the only one working there, as they cant find anyone to work. One person can not run a pizzaria. This was there excuse the last two times I also ordered from them. I give them 3 months before they are forced to close. To bad, as I said the food was very very good.

Excellent pizza and Italian food in general. Hard to buy anything other than their great pizza. There are many pizza places on the Delray/Boca East border, but this place simply has the best. Located in a shopping mall. Easy parking. Usually takes them 20-30 minutes to make a fresh pizza. They offer pizza by the slice. NY style pizza. Very reasonable prices.

I forgot they were closed on Mondays. Boy was I bummed. They have the best New York style pizza. The renovations look amazing.

I really want to love this place, but unfortunately they make it REALLY difficult. Their food is excellent, let's start there. I found them on Door Dash in April 2021 and ordered from them twice that month with no issues. Then I tried again in May and the Door Dash order was never accepted by the restaurant even though they were open and listed as active on Door Dash, I had to wait 30 minutes to cancel it on Door Dash.I've been hungry for their food again so I went on their website and found that they are using the Slice app for delivery instead of Door Dash. Fine. So I went through and ordered and after just over an hour, I had no food so I called the store and asked for an update. They said it was already in the car on the way. Well that was obviously not true because it took another 45 minutes to get to me (from 4 miles away). Exactly 1 hour and 50 minutes to get the food. And the icing on the cake was that the order was completely wrong.
