Based on customer reviews, Grelma Bakery Delray Beach is a gem for authentic Italian pastries, desserts, and breads. Everything is fresh, delicious, and tastes homemade and traditional. The prices are very reasonable for the quality. Customers highlight the excellent lasagna, which is just like you get in Italy, and the individual pizzettes are great as well. The almond croissants are 5 star, and the croissant was very good. They serve illy coffee here, and the cappuccino was as good as the gentleman behind the counter said it would be. The iced coffee was tasty too. They also make amazing breakfast and lunch sandwiches on the best home made freshly baked Baguettes, Faccacio and other breads that are Italian authentic. Other menu items include a delicious tomato soup, a salad of mozzarella and tomato beautifully platter, and a mango peach pie that was not too sweet with a good crust. The bakery also has homemade lasagna for sale and a delicious smell of baked goods. The bakers and staff are super nice. This is a place to stop if you want real Italian bakery flavors without overpriced tourist pricing.
