I walked in excited and looking forward to purchasing some custard, but instead I walked out because of the terrible customer service I received from the young lady with the glasses in the front. This was my very first visit and I had questions about the menu. She never smiled and was nonchalant the entire interaction. I asked basic and specific questions about the custard and flavors and she acted as though she was not comprehending. She got annoyed with me and I was just going in circles with this girl trying to get an answer. I stopped talking to her and walked out without purchasing anything. She needs a lesson on customer service and I won't be back until then!

Went to a few other ice cream places, this was by far the best!!! And the prices are reasonable, not like the other places. Got ice cream every night we were on vacation. Once we went here, we didn't go anywhere else. And we tried quite a few.

Since ice cream sometimes gives me a stomach ache, I wasn’t sure that it would be OK. It was just great. Very natural taste, perfect texture, rich tasting but not heavy. I wish they would open in WPB.

Was hesitant to get the flavor of the day bc I wanted to make my own but wow I was honestly going to go in for more but felt like I’d be judged so I didn’t. But I’ll go back for more tonight lol! It’s the best custard I ever tasted
