Horrible experience. Arrived @10:15pm before closing and the staff decided to take apart the ice cream machine because they didn’t want to work anymore. The staff were arguing at the register about it and couldn’t wait until the line out the door finished giving their orders. Very unprofessional and disappointing. The ice cream wasn’t mixed at all and we kept waiting for our order and then the staff put the toppings on top instead of mixing it and it was gross. Probably won’t be back after this and the staff turned customers away at the door which was very unprofessional and the opposite of good customer service. There are so many places to get ice cream so why should people spend their money somewhere where the staff is literally closing early, messing up orders because they want to close and be done, and turning people away inside??? 0/10

Need to train their people. Have gone 3 times now and never received the product I ordered. The last time I specifically asked that they include the ingredients listed on the menu since they did not the last time I went and unfortunately did not find out until I got home. This time it was not busy, I received the product quickly but it was a completely different item(ordered Boca Gem and got Buckeye). I went back in and they offered to make another. What I received was pecans in vanilla custard. None of the other ingredients listed on the menu. I gave up at that point. If you go check your order closely before you leave.

I walked in excited and looking forward to purchasing some custard, but instead I walked out because of the terrible customer service I received from the young lady with the glasses in the front. This was my very first visit and I had questions about the menu. She never smiled and was nonchalant the entire interaction. I asked basic and specific questions about the custard and flavors and she acted as though she was not comprehending. She got annoyed with me and I was just going in circles with this girl trying to get an answer. I stopped talking to her and walked out without purchasing anything. She needs a lesson on customer service and I won't be back until then!
