“We've been coming to Shula's for a few years now. Not sure what's changed recently but it just not quite the same. I had put in that this was a birthday dinner for my husband and before they would at least put a little card saying “happy birthday” which was a nice personal touch and gesture. But the last few times it hasn't happened, including our anniversary. I don't know if it's the restaurant overlooking it or if it's this app. But small things like this are why I still prefer to call and make a reservation.“
