(3140 Howland Blvd) Today around 11:20am, Ashley in drive thru thought she was tough and wanted to give attitude cause they didnt have my order together that I ordered 20 minutes prior. I had to leave and come right back seconds later and suddenly it was there. It's an inconvenience every time I go. Usually I go to the service before paying, they ask you for a tip for something that is supposed to be their job, I write because they ask for a tip but they never throw napkins. My question is because they ask for a tip if their work is incomplete. This has happened to me 7 times, so I decided to write down my experience.
