Normally ok but today they screwed up my order and I was really nice about it, but the older spanish lady at the window tosses what I gave her on the counter and with a really ugly attitude tells me to pull up acting like I did something wrong. Shame on you! I work a hard job too and the public can be really nasty but I was nice to you.

This is a horrible, horrible place to go. My frozen butter pecan coffee was nothing but syrup. The ice coffee had CURDS in it! The manager was very rude and some employees looked scared of her. I have complained to corporate and so far have Not talked to the owner. I have the feeling this is nothing but a write off for the owner. And he doesn't Care. I will let everyone know if and when they do. But until you can see a new management sign, stay away. Unless you like surprises in your coffee. Dunkin is sending a small gift card and considers this Closed. The owner doesn't have the balls to contact me. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! ??

Quick drive through experience. My iced coffee was crafted well and the wait time wasn't an issue at all. Everything was up to standard. I recommend this location to anyone and if in the area, I hope to return.

I tried this place twice a few years ago. It was understaffed and out of many goods. Thought maybe after two years it would have changed. It did, I saw the donuts I could want, but no one was working the register or was willing to serve me despite 3 employees running around the store.
Honestly whenever I chat with the staff here they’re nice and cool but overall this place is a hot mess. They’re constantly understaffed and there’s usually a line around the corner. Also, the matcha and chai lattes at all Dunkin Donuts locations are absolute trash.

I have spent 20 minutes calling this place knowing they are not busy because I just left there and they just let the phone ring all the way through until the call hangs up. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and toasted almond coconut cold brew with extra cream and sugar that I’ve ordered a thousand times before. They put so much coffee syrup into this drink that it’s not drinkable. Seriously. This could straight up send someone to the emergency room if they tried to force themselves to drink it.. Worst of all I don’t even know if I willl get my drink replaced or money back because they gave me no receipt and refuse to answer their phone. This isn’t the first time something like this happens to me at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on the other side of town next to the subway.

Every single time I come here there is an issue with my order. Today, the lady working the window; shes tall dark hair, has black almond acrylic nails, was an absolute horrible person. I was super nice… at first.I came to get an iced latte, two pumps of caramel and an extra shot of espresso… Got my coffee it looked very white I took a sip, and it tasted like nothing but milk… So I went back around the drive-through, told the person receiving orders through the headset what happened… i get back to the window and the same lady who gave me my coffee, which is the one described above, tried giving me a cup with a lid that a hot coffee would go into. I said no I ordered a medium iced latte what is that, she goes it’s your espresso … I took the cup, and I picked up my cup, and I said, how do you expect me to get this in here, I would have to dump out my drink to put this in here… She goes “yeah, so dump it out.” Let me tell you… I have problems with this place every single time… And now because of this dumb lady, I will not be returning. The customer service is absolute garbage here… I’ve never had a problem getting my drink remade until today. She’s lucky I didn’t toss it back through the window. This location either needs all new staff, or to be shut down.

The butter pecan frozen was so strong and sweet it is not drinkable. The black pepper pancake is inedible it tasteless and cold. There is no flavor. Also while I was waiting in the drivethru there were dunkin donuts employee smoking weed in the parking lot. I want a refund 20.38 is the amount. We did not finish the
