Normally ok but today they screwed up my order and I was really nice about it, but the older spanish lady at the window tosses what I gave her on the counter and with a really ugly attitude tells me to pull up acting like I did something wrong. Shame on you! I work a hard job too and the public can be really nasty but I was nice to you.
This is a horrible, horrible place to go. My frozen butter pecan coffee was nothing but syrup. The ice coffee had CURDS in it! The manager was very rude and some employees looked scared of her. I have complained to corporate and so far have Not talked to the owner. I have the feeling this is nothing but a write off for the owner. And he doesn't Care. I will let everyone know if and when they do. But until you can see a new management sign, stay away. Unless you like surprises...read full review
