“Hard to beat the value of the online $8.99 1 topping pizza. Garlic knots were a good price and included 8 instead of 6 like most places, as well as a large container of sauce. Food was ready fast and tasted fresh. Definitely a good option for low cost take out pizza.“

However, what truly stands out was the superb service; consistently provided by the staff and management, who were attentive and friendly throughout my visit. Especially during the day after a hurricane that had burdened so many.

“I visit the Heathrow location almost every day. My experience is usually good. Today, however, was not so good: the floor was dirty, the tables were not clean, my wife's coffee order was forgotten, no napkins were provided with the order, and no napkins were in the napkin holders on the counter. When I brought the dirty floor to the attention of the person who took my order, he showed no concern. An additional staff member entered the shop and observed the dirty floor and tables, but no one seemed to think it was their responsibility to take action. I'm not sure if a manager was on duty. After my wife and I finished our meal (20 minutes), still no floor or table cleanup took place. I wanted to share this as I love this business and would not want new customers to lose the opportunity to love it if this may have been their first experience. I tried to reach out via the Contact Us form on your website, but it does not allow a comment to be submitted. I continue to be a huge fan of CFS and will see you tomorrow.“

I haven't written a Google review in forever, and I am literally writing this one while sitting at the table after having an incredibly delicious breakfast with my hubby for Valentine's Day! Alli, our server, was fantastic, and we already can't wait to go back and ask for her next time! My hubby had the cookie dough waffle, bacon, and fried potatoes. I had the apple fritter French toast with blueberries, bacon, and scrambled eggs. My hubby likes his bacon wiggly, and I like mine cooked until it's crunchy, and they cooked everything perfectly! We also started with the cinnamon bun cold brew, holy frijoles, it was DELISH!! This is our new favorite breakfast spot and we will be bringing family and friends FOR SURE!! Didn't realize the Cesar salad was an upgrade including anchovies and bacon. The waiter was very attentive.“

My wife and I had dinner again at our favorite Italian restaurant.

David took care of us in a special way.
I accidentally dropped my water glass twice on the table.
The second time the glass actually broke.
David told me, "Don't worry about it." and he took care of cleaning up both tables.

“This is the best athentic Mexican tacos and the prices are out this world super cheap! Go check them out!“

“This was one of the first restaurants I tried in downtown DeLand on the Friday night "Farmers Market" and it was amazing. I got the Raver neighbor (pictured), and on another occasion the Plain Jane Neighbor. They both were excellent! I loved the flavors of both. It loses a star for service only because of that wait time, otherwise staff was very nice and accommodating. The homemade ranch is the bomb. As far as seating goes there's only 4 tables and chairs so when it's busy it's pretty hard to find a place to sit, but other than that I highly recommend.

Parking: You will have to use the public parking in downtown DeLand. It's free. This business does not have a specific lot for it's business.“

“We enjoyed our visit! Ordered a couple of slices which were very good and a generous size. Really like the flavor of the sauce. The Italian sub toasted is also very good topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes and onion and served with a delicious cup of Italian dressing on the side. Service was excellent!
