Went to Wendy's on Friday. The 21st got 2 meals, the fries. We're not even warm by the time I got back home. Not that far away, the burger was overacooked, but that was okay, but it was cold. Also, unfortunately, the 2 cokes for some reason did not taste like Coke. They were thrown away, drunk a quarter of the drink.

Giving it two stars. Sure the employees were nice, got us the order. But the ai taking our order from the drive thru messed up our order. That's the reason why it's 2 stars. In my opinion, the ai still has alot of flaws.

They serving up cold burgers on 1/11/25 Between 2100-2200 whoever working the kitchen going so heavy with the condiments one would think it's the earliest sign of a business about to close its doors.

Placed a mobile order for delivery. Ended up taking 45+ minutes for someone to pick it up as they offered 29-39 minutes for it to arrive to my house. I called Wendy's delivery team and they cancelled the order and told me to contact the store for a refund. Upon calling the store the manager refused to process a refund and requested I call back another day for a $30 refund. This is the worst service I ever received.

Spent $44 dollars on 4 meals, and they didn't give me straws, drove back and told them they forgot.... they told me they were out if straws... no they had hundreds in the empty restaurant,, they said if they use that then the store is out of straws.. I asked how would we drink them in the car, she told me that I was suppose to remove the plastic lid...I picked up a handful and she didn't want them.. no one gets a star at drive through, go somewhere else.
