First time dining at this restaurant. Chose it as a BBQ place for Memorial Day 2026. As we entered, noticed the large placards outside advertising weekend AUCE specials and Prime Rib even though this was Monday. We arrived about 5:30pm and waited at the "Wait to be seated" sign for about 4 minutes before an employee yelled from some 20 feet away "How Many?". I am a power chair user with a large standard poodle service dog and our server Jade was so polite, asked me which table would work best, and even scooted out both chairs on the side so that I could scoot in easily and comfortably with plenty of room for my service dog. She ignored my dog which was such a welcome change from the baby talk, distracting the dog, and talking to my dog instead of me, which is a demeaning experience I’m quite used to.
