Stood in drive thru line for over 10 mins waiting to order at the speaker only for them to say they no longer serving breakfast. Make no sense!4/10/2024 gave wendys another try.placed order on app went to pick it up..order wasn't there. Was told nothing they can do contact customer support..which was closed. Guy had major attitude and did not care at all. Even though app said we got your order and funds was taken from my account.

Ordered a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad through GrubHub. I received my order and when I opened my salad, not only was it not fresh, the chicken was EXTREMELY and OVERLY dry, pretty much not edible with lots of hard pieces. The QUALITY at Wendy's has gone down hill. I will never order at this Wendys again.

I have been to this location several times over the last few years, and it's horrible every time.If you like waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes, this is the place.Also, if you have your order messed up after waiting, said 45 minutes, and you go in only to wait another 10 minutes with the entire staff standing around doing nothing. After not even being acknowledged for 10 minutes, I just finally walked out.Great job to the franchise owner. You're horrible at running a restaurant and should sell it to someone who actually knows what they are doing.

BE CAREFUL!!! Never order using the app because it charged me twice and then the franchise at the Deltona location said they couldn’t refund it because the mobile app is third party. So I contacted the franchises corporate customer service and no response yet! So I have to dispute with my bank! The customer service at this location were rude and very unprofessional. I and my family will never come to this location again nor will we ever use Wendy’s app again. Wendy’s has lost a valuable customer. I don’t normally give bad reviews but this time required it so others won’t fall into the same situation.

Very poor customer service. I was from out of town. Ordered 2 biggy bags. Food was handed in same bag. We kept saying when we ordered we want separate bags. Then I mentioned why it's in the same bag. Young lady got very mad went and got another big bag and read off that it can fit up to 6 items. That's not we care to know and still wouldn't give us a bag to separate the items. We didn't argue just shook our head and left. It couldn't been that serious about separating the meals. Just wow.

We received completely raw chicken from our order that unfortunately I bit into before realizing it was raw. The assistant manager, Katy Harre did give us a full refund and was very apologetic but there’s no excuse when everything has cook times. Please people, check your food from this store. Things are always wrong and we will never buy Wendy’s again. Imagine other people who may not notice and eat it anyways.

Went in with a coupon for 2 dollars off a salad combo. The guy at the counter asked me 3 times what salad I wanted and still got it wrong.
Prioritized drive-thru and DoorDash over dine in customers. Over a 45 minute wait after paying. Absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible service , unorganized, a hot mess and unable to maintain a rush . The manager or supervisor on this shift made me wait 15minutes inside while she yelled and boss everyone around . wrong orders are being made , double made , this is so bad. I will not be returning here . Everyone looks stress , frustrated and overwhelmed here so sad . Proper leadership is needed and training
