Please remove the AI drive thru tech.. I come every now and then with family and while I am asking what they want to eat every 10 seconds the AI will say that it is ready to take my order. It is super ridiculous that we cannot have actual workers instead of the AI crap.
Very dirty inside they need to clean up.
I came in to try the new Frosty’s the crew working the shifts around 8:30 PM on Thursday 11/19 went above and beyond to make sure my order came out exactly how I wanted it. They were very friendly and seemed to be getting orders out quickly and accurately. It’s nice to see people who take pride in their job like that. Extremely
