I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Paola and her crew. My son was born on Christmas and for the last 10 years we have always bought him a new ornament for his birthday tree! This year my mom and I went into their establishment on Christmas Eve while last minute shopping and seen this location had ornaments but were sold out. (Chick fil a sandwich’s, my sons favorite) They had two hanging on their lamps and with high hopes I asked for the manager to see if I could buy one of theirs and explained our tradition every year. Without hesitation and a smile on her face, she came around and took it off. She then politely said “ Happy 10th birthday to your boy from the Destin chick fil a crew” I literally felt like the coolest mom knowing he is gonna get this new ornament from I wake up to! Well as promised, I said I’d post it for her to see and hoping this finds her! Thank you so much! He was THRILLED to wake up to this on his birthday tree! Happy holidays and thank you for making my sons Christmas and 10th birthday that much more special ❤️
Food was good however went in to use the restroom and a young lady was cleaning. Looks like all she had left was to mop. I had to urgently use the restroom, however, she just looked at me and said bathroom closed. I tried hold it but couldn't and when she came out again I asked if I could go really quick. She allowed me in, but not without an unfriendly demeanor. Wasn't called for.

My family and I stopped to grab lunch, we waited in line for 10 minutes with no one in front of us. There were employees talking at the counter Once we noticed they were placing their own orders, everyone walked away from the counter and not one employee took our orders. No one said hi, hello, how can I help you. We waited a little longer and finally walk out as no one spoke a word to us. Horrible service and not even close to the brand standards of service.

Went here twice over the past two days. The food held up to the Chick-fil-A standard, and so did the staff. Plus it's great that it's right next to Starbucks.
