Customer service was terrible , I came to Destin from out of town & came to get breakfast. I was in the lobby no one greeted us or acknowledged us being there. We stood for 12 minutes no words , we eventually left. It’s sad that the chick fila in Memphis tn has better service than this one. 1/10 wouldn’t recommend.

I called in an order ahead of time that should’ve been ready about 10 minutes before I got there and when I did arrive, I stood there for 10 minutes, trying to get the attention of someone at the takeout window. The managers kept walking behind me several times without saying hello to me, or ask what I needed. I finally stood in front of one of the managers to get them to answer me. They said they are making it now and apologized

I was on the drive thru messed up my order went inside to tell them what I wanted the guy in a rude way grabbed my bag and throw it to the trash gave me a new order without saying a word just dropped on the table horrible experience
OK so, quickly as possible I’ll express the underlining concerns. For some people there’s not a Chick-fil-A on every corner. So if it takes a few seconds because as most people know Chick-fil-A doesn’t have pre-menu boards to see what there’s available before you order your food, if it takes a few minutes behind don’t be irregular to somebody. And For $27 I expected to have two chicken salads with at least a fairly amount of reasonable chicken. Not what I got!! Dried outBits. disappointing as all can be Chick-fil-A needs to step it up. I could’ve bought the same salad at McDonald’s and had better result. Disappointing, very disappointing..
