I have been looking for good sweet and sour chicken and shrimp fried rice in the fort walton beach and destin area since moving here and I finally found it! The shrimp egg roll was a little greasy but delicious! The sweet and sour chicken stayed crispy and hot during my entire 30 minute drive back to Fort Walton. Definitely worth it!
I totally understand the importance of remembering positive experiences like this. It's so significant when a busy day doesn't interfere with receiving great service. Despite the long wait time on a busy day for take-out food, the staff went the extra mile to make sure everything was okay. (We were asked to wait 45 minutes for our food. China 1 offered a satisfying dining experience with good food. However, to elevate it to excellence, they could consider increasing the spice levels. Our family particularly enjoyed the vegetable fried rice and Vegetable Lo Mein. The owner's willingness to accommodate our request for Tofu fried rice, despite it not being on the menu, was appreciated. Additionally, the pricing was reasonable, making it even more appealing.
